The two women working at this post office are very disrespectful and rude to their customers. A shorter woman with shoulder length dirty blonde hair has zero customer service skills. She was glaring at me when I approached the register and then refused to assist me in purchasing paid postage for 8 envelopes. These two employees seem to have forgotten they work for the taxpayers.

Quick service, but the older customers from the retirement homes are such a bore. They stand around and take up the clerks' time as though no one else has anything to do except listen to them. Excuse me, some of us work, and can't stand around chit-chatting all day, displaying senility. I've seen signs on other post offices about not taking up time about extraneous business/conversations. That should happen here. These old and decayed individuals should be told to shut up and leave. They are wasting everyone's time.Did I mention that I like this post office otherwise? I do.

8 to 11am on a Saturday. Really dawg? Showed up at 11:35am and never would have expected them to be closed. Unreal lol.

My post office has always had short hours on Saturday. Make going there a priority!

Called in to ask a question about something and the lady I spoke to seemed like she hated her job and was really rude and didn’t care to want to help. Its useless trying to get help from these guys. I wouldn’t even bother wasting your time. And the call center for USPS is just as bad.

Very uninformed. Will contact them in regards to experience as they even tried to make up statues on something they had never experienced. Disappointing coming from a federal entity. Caused me stress and grief over something they simply were ignorant to.

Call it cliché, but this is one of those small places with a big heart. My experience here is always been pleasant and the people who work here have been nothing but helpful and courteous.

This P.O. has horrible hours! I just moved here and have never known a P.O. to close at 11am on a Saturday! Plus I have a P.O. box right now and I can't get to it unless they are open. They need to put up something that lets me access my P.O. box when they are closed because I can't always get there during their early closing hours of 430 pm weekdays and 11am Saturday. I lived in the Middle of no where and there was a trailor as a post office and even they had it where customers could go in and access their P.O. box after hours...and they closed at normal hours 5pm weekdays and 12pm Saturdays! Come on Willow Street!
