i had an issue with a package being stuck at one location for about a month and when i came in to get the issue resolve they were quick to assist me with the issue. Tom was a huge help in fixing the issue at hand allowing me(seller) and the buyer to have everything resolved quickly!

Love that there is a self service station here but unfortunately it doesn't always work and I need to walk to the counter/wait in line anyway. The last time this happened the person who scanned my package told me I must have done something wrong.
Trying to track a package I dropped off 06 Jun 2024, the website is saying the tracking number is not found. Looks like the printer possibly cut off the first digit.

I tried to ship an item I sold through eBay, it’s 12x12x1/2 inches and less than a pound. I got and paid for a shipping label through eBay for 9 dollars.when I went to the UPS store I was told the QR reader in the store was not working therefore I must have them generate a new label at the cost of 80 dollars. Why am I expected to pay 8 times the price for there equipment not working

Arrived at opening to beat rush and attempting to get a notary. Was number 2 in line of 4 and told I could not get a notary because the person at the counter was the only one in the store. She would not make the other customers wait to conduct the notary. Terrible customer service to put some customers above others based on the services you wish to provide at the time. If you NEED a notary I would not trust the UPS, sometimes notary store. Tried to call the manager, Thomas, but of course he was unreachable.

I was just in line this week at this location and the staff was super rude (lady with purple hair) very unwilling to help a gentleman who was using the self return Amazon unit for the first time stating this time of year they are to busy to help and it needs to be used but the line for the self use was about 5 people and the line to be helped by people was them having three employees and one customer I felt really bad for the guy just trying to do what they told him. I was surprised they wouldn’t help him in person to begin with.

This store will charge you for shipping, and they try to charge you so that they can print out their shipping label. I've never seen a more transparent example of corporate greed in my life.
