Came visiting from Jersey and couldn’t buy cigarettes nor beer for our 4th of July picnic because I brought my kids in so they could buy their candy and snacks. Woman at the counter said she could not sell me neither because she needed ID for my children !!! She was extremely loud and rude about where all the other customers could hear what was taking place. I even asked if I came back in without my children if I could just make the purchase she said “No because they were already inside and they are part of the purchase.” Pennsylvania must have an issue with the adults here serving their kids alcohol and cigarettes. Left everything and went to an actual store.

The front of house of the store is clean but what is up with the bathroom? The men's room urinal has been broken for weeks now, and the stalls are disgusting. They haven't cleaned them in over 3 days according to the cleaning sheet.

Stopped in quick on my break... longline and both people working were going through receipts and never bothered to look up until a fight almost broke out because of comments shoppers were making due to the line. Employees at least should look up and acknowledge the customers....oh my

LOGAN came to my rescue while trying to get my card out of the ATM. The staffing shortage makes many employees struggling to get their minimal responsibilities completed & sometimes not all staff is in the friendliest of moods. But customer service like Logan's will keep me coming back! Thanks Logan, for taking an otherwise embarrassing situation into a memory maker !

LOGAN came to my rescue while trying to get my card out of the ATM. Walked in to see 2 MTO associates sitting down on there phones got my coffee placed my order and heard one say softly “it’s past breakfast” received my sandwich and asked was there a time that breakfast stops and was told lunch starts at 9:30am as I was leaving I heard the same employee whisper “now you know!” To add insult to injury the sandwich’s meat was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted even though saw them put the thing in the oven twice as I had to wait twice as long while being stared down by these upset employees, sorry to interrupt your candy crush!

6am no coffee. Was stopping there every morning for coffee I now go to a different store that has coffee at 6am even at 5:30 if I show up early they still have coffee. It's not that hard other locations do it.
