I have been to vape shops all over the United States & Canada while i was touring with different bands over the years and this has to be the best shop i have ever been in the selection is great and the staff are friendly and helpful but there is one person in particular that is truly a Rockstar and thats Noah my dude is so knowledgable and honest and will do what ever it takes to make sure you leave with knowing all you need to know and that your happy with your purchase like Noah says if your not happy im not doing my job and you wont come back this this dude is going places in life for sure he has a great attitude and outlook on life as long as he is there i will always be a customer

I love this place and will absolutely NEVER shop anywhere else for my vape supplies as long as this place is open. So the selection is great, atmosphere is great, prices, deals, all that, BUT -- my favorite part is that literally when I walk in there's one girl (I feel awful that I'm not 100% on her name) that knows exactly what I get and literally goes to reach for my juice before I even ask for it! That's literally everything for me!! She is always incredibly kind to me and goes above and beyond to help me. I broke my glass on my vape and went in yesterday to get a replacement and she replaced it for me and literally replaced my coil and put my new juice in while I continued to browse. I'd shop here even if I could find the same products for 90% cheaper (which literally isn't possible, but ijs)! 10/10 100000% recommend!!♥️

Love this place the staff are so nice and honest they honestly try to do their best to make sure that their customers are given the best device for them they know the in and outs of all the stuff they have shown. They have an amazing selection of juices I have shopped around and the juices are more expensive at other places. They also have an awesome points program only complaint is its 15 mins away from me lol I refuse to shop in other vape stores now

As a return customer I love the store and staff. From helping me find new flavors and juices, to fixing their mistakes when it happens, this is hands down the best vape shop around. They blow their competition out of the water in every way.

I stopped in last week and met Jackie, the store manager, and her assistant, and they provided me with THE BEST service! She was knowledgeable, kind, and based on our conversation, picked out the best new product for me! I'm very happy with my purchase, and though this location is a little out of the way for me, I am more than happy to swing by when I'm in town! If you're new to vape juices and hemp derived products, you will not be disappointed by the pricing and the service.

the overall experience here is great, all the employees are super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. my only issue is every time we come in, the manager is always sitting on her phone, she never acknowledges us, and just glares at us while we shop. it's unwelcoming and makes us feel uncomfortable.
