“Quick service, but the older customers from the retirement homes are such a bore. They stand around and take up the clerks' time as though no one else has anything to do except listen to them. Excuse me, some of us work, and can't stand around chit-chatting all day, displaying senility. I've seen signs on other post offices about not taking up time about extraneous business/conversations. That should happen here. These old and decayed individuals should be told to shut up and leave. They are wasting everyone's time.Did I mention that I like this post office otherwise? I do.”
“The best place to return Amazon packages. There is a separate station with a nice, friendly person who is very helpful and efficient. Always done with professionalism.”
“Kind and efficient shipping center. Shipping labels can be emailed and printed for customers saving time and money if you do not own your own printer. Easy street parking for a quick in-and-out visit. I've rarely had to wait. When I do, the lines are way shorter than other shipping centers.”

Nathan helped me out, explained everything clearly, walked me through pricing options, and even suggested an option where I could save some money. What I thought would be a stressful process turned out to be a breeze thanks to his patience and expertise. Both Nathan and his colleague who were also working at the store were so friendly and accommodating, despite having to close late and open early. Their professionalism really made a lasting impression on me, so much that I had to write this review!!”

“Short line but fast prompt service . He taped and retained to make my box of souvenirs from Lancaster to be shipped home. Not cheap, but worth it for me as not buying another suitcase . Everything arrived home in a few short days.”

“I recently purchased an Epson printer to replace the one that died. I had a question about ink since the new one took a different cartridge. I coulnd't find any staff and went to the cashier. Christelia tried to locate someone to help but no one was around. She left her post (no customers were in sight) to answer my questions. When I checked out she helped me change the PW on the Staples app (it thwarted my numerous attempts to change it the day before). Through out my questions, checking out, and the app problem she was knowledgeable, efficient and very patient. I really appreciated her assistance.”

“Ordered a laptop online for store pickup. It was ready for pickup in 30 minutes. Went to the store to pickup my laptop and was in and out in less then 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly. Without a doubt I will be doing more business with Staples”

“I really like this post office, it's small but mighty and the closest to my house. The staff are always pleasant and regardless of how long the line is they give you their undivided attention. They offer all the services the larger post office does and also sell cards, boxes, mailers, etc. On the negative....street parking is limited and usually full. The lobby is small and cluttered, and there's always a line. This location is hoppin' but the staff are always upbeat, even under pressure.”

“Parking on the side is the lonly parking and is rather limited. Also when you first pull it looks like the main parking is in back. It's for another business and you will have to walk back around. A really horrible set up. But I rates it a 5 because the mailperson was kind and efficient.”
