Can’t get in to see my Dr., I called as soon as they opened at 8am. Sorry all slots that were open are full! Well how can that be it’s only 8:05! They never have any appts. Was told to use Limespring walk in. So why have a family Dr?!!

Dr. Diehl was the BEST! But, sadly, he retired.

Dr. Corey Smith is the best. But he left and I was pretty much left hi and dry.

I wouldn’t recommend them if you have chronic health issues. I was made to feel like a hypochondriac. They also refused to see me for a video visit for something that totally could be handled over video, even though I was severely injured and homebound.

The last poster wrote the exact same review I was about to write. Been there for 10-years and Dr. Diehl was awesome. New doctor is away, they won't refill prescription for a chronic health problem. I had automatic refills on it for a decade, have never run out, and I am headed for the emergency room, too. They could care less about my health and I won't be back, either. One would think if a doctor is "on vacation", another licensed doctor would be taking care of things in their absence but, apparently, not. They would rather stick to rigid, pointless "rules" that create a health crisis than provide necessary care.

The nursing staff at this office are top notch! There has been a lot of changes with doctors but the nurses keep it running smoothly even being clearly overworked. Most of the front desk is friendly and helpful but some you can tell don't want to be there.

The doctors are great if you can get in with one. I have been going here for almost 8 years now. Called in my refill for my asthma medication and another medication last week. Got the one called in but no asthma inhaler. Called the nurse line AND had the pharmacy put in a refill request. No refill was called in. Woke up today with a bad asthma reaction. Tight chest and wheezing. Called the on call doctor. I was told they were not willing, yes NOT willing to call in a refill as it was the weekend and that I could go to urgent care. I'm done with this office. The staff is inconsiderate and it takes WEEKS to get in with your dr. Small practices are the way to go and this is not that!

I only gave it a 4 rating because I had a NP who was helpful. Iwasn't happy that I didn't get to see my, doctor that took over for Dr. Diehl. I have to wait month's to see her. Not happy.

They seem to have issues with picking up their phone. Tried calling twice to cancel an appointment, weeks ahead of time. Then they get mad when I didn't show up the day of for the appointment. Nevermind the fact that I had called weeks ahead of time. This would have been my first appointment with them too, but now I'll just go elsewhere.

Dr. Smith is a great caring doctor. I love how personable he is and always listens to your concerns. The first time I met him he took over for my regular Dr as she had moved. He introduced himself gave a small background about himself and it was a relief to have a doctor just talk like a normal down to earth person!!!

Truly terrible customer service and communication. At 8:41am I called the office to let them know I was roughly five minutes behind for my 9am appointment. At that time, the operator informed me new patients were meant to be a half hour early for their initial appointment, which would make me 35 minutes late and therefore unable to be seen. This policy was not relayed to me at the time of scheduling nor at any point in the confirmation voicemail left which repeated a 9am appointment four separate times. (This is not hyperbole. I counted four on the transcript.)No attempt to rectify the situation other than “That’s our policy” and an offer to reschedule was made. This offer was declined as I had already driven an hour to an appointment that was now being withheld, as well as the next available appointment being three weeks out from the time of my initial scheduling. Lackluster is too generous a term to describe this experience.

I like my doctor but unbelievably hard to be seen for anything. Have severe neck pain and they won't let me have an appointment until January unless I want to fight for a same day appointment. So it's either same day or months away. Was not like this until Penn State took it over. Guess they just want people to go to urgent care for those ailments that aren't emergencies but still need addressed in a timely fashion.

Dr Smith is the most caring doctor. He gives you the time you need. He listens and makes you feel heard. You don’t just feel like a number with this practice. I would highly recommend Dr Smith and this practice.
