“My experience was amazing. The only downside I had was applying for the credit card. That part was extremely difficult and very frustrating. I ended up getting a Tempur-pedic bed with the most expensive Tempur-pedic frame to go with. My goal was to pay it off within two years. Most likely well within a year. Due to my experience with the Credit service they use I ended up having to buy it out right. The sales person was amazing. I would recommend the bed And going to the store I would definitely think though applying for A credit card again. Credit karma already sent me a hard inquiry regarding my credit amazing so I’m confused on why I had to deal with this frustrating experience. The sales person even was confused because I paid for the bed that day.”

“Eric Donahue helped me with the purchase of my mattress today. I took my time in deciding if I wanted it or not, I took about 2 weeks in between visits. Eric remembered what we had previously talked about and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took what I was looking for into account and then gave his own recommendations on top of that. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and was able to explain everything well. Though it is an expensive purchase, I’m very happy with the process and feel confident I’ll love sleeping on my new mattress!”

“I’ve purchased many pieces of furniture from Newswangers over the years. Recently I had a failure with my Lazy Boy recliner, I called the store to see what options were available for a replacement chair to buy, fully anticipating on buying a new 1. They informed me that the parts are a lifetime warranty and if they could find them they would be covered at no charge for the parts. They got the parts in a timely manner and replaced them the next day! Mind you this chair was purchased over 14yrs ago and they could’ve easily just brushed it off and told me parts aren’t available and sold me a new chair but they took the time to take care of the customer. I’m beyond happy and they were top notch from the initial call to the technician completing the repairs. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service these days but 1 things for sure…. I will never buy a piece of furniture from another company!! Thank you Newswangers”
