“My experience was amazing. The only downside I had was applying for the credit card. That part was extremely difficult and very frustrating. I ended up getting a Tempur-pedic bed with the most expensive Tempur-pedic frame to go with. My goal was to pay it off within two years. Most likely well within a year. Due to my experience with the Credit service they use I ended up having to buy it out right. The sales person was amazing. I would recommend the bed And going to the store I would definitely think though applying for A credit card again. Credit karma already sent me a hard inquiry regarding my credit amazing so I’m confused on why I had to deal with this frustrating experience. The sales person even was confused because I paid for the bed that day.”

I let him know I was on a budget and he didn't try to upsell me to anything that was outside my price range. Honest and professional. Will come here again for any mattress needs going forward.”

“Eric Donahue helped me with the purchase of my mattress today. I took my time in deciding if I wanted it or not, I took about 2 weeks in between visits. Eric remembered what we had previously talked about and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took what I was looking for into account and then gave his own recommendations on top of that. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and was able to explain everything well. Though it is an expensive purchase, I’m very happy with the process and feel confident I’ll love sleeping on my new mattress!”

“My recent purchase from this store was one of the easiest and satisfying purchases i have ever made. In need of a recliner so my wife and i visited the La-Z-Boy gallery were we were greeted by a polite and friendly sales associate Anyali, who listened to my needs and quickly found several options. I was left to sample the options without feeling pressured, while Anya showed my wife other furniture opitions. The first recliner the Anya showed me was the right choice, she quickly and efficiently completed the sale. Anya then informed me to bring my vehicle to the loading area, once there i found Anya had single handedly brought the recliner ( the floor model on clearance) to the dock, dismantled it, and help me to load it into my vehicle. My wife also found an ottaman we "needed" which Anya found also on an incredible discount.I can not express my gratitude and thanks to Anyali. My wife and i are older and dealing with a very serious medical issue, Anya was sympathetic and understanding, she is a very capable and wonderful person. Anya is a credit and an asset to the La-Z-Boy company.”

Every time we came to the showroom Sherri did an exceptional job making us feel welcome, offering great advice, timely quotes, and being very patient with us as we considered our options. She even went out of her way to make our kids feel welcome and sent them home with treats every time! ? Upon delivery Paul & Derek arrived and were very professional and seamlessly removed the old and installed the new and we are extremely happy with our new sectional and how its changed our space. “On any given Saturday in Lancaster you can find chicken and rib bbq literally every where you look. One of our favorites is the chicken bbq dinners at Kings Kountry store. The store is a family run business and the bbq is no different. Half chicken, Cole slaw, baked potato and roll for around $12. There’s tables to sit and eat there or take it for the road. The food is good, but it’s also nice to support local family businesses. The big chain restaurants can survive without your money!”

We had some unique layouts that were causing us some frustration and our designer Julie blew us away with her recommendations! She quickly picked up on the style we wanted and the function we needed in our purchases (Shes also great at helping you stay true to those wants and needs if you are one to waffle/second guess in decision making). If you are looking for some guidance on furniture for your home, I would (and have) recommend Ethan Allen in Lancaster to anyone!!”
