Unfortunately they told me they were not able to help and did not want to get involved with repairing my truck since it had a past history of the same problem that was not corrected. I asked if I could get on the waiting list and if they could just try to help with diagnosis but again was refused their services. I told Donna that I was offended and didn't believe the other reviews saying they were God loving people. She did take a lot of offense to that and that was not my intention. I was referred to them and they were spoken highly of but the service I was greeted with did not match up with the reviews and reputation they carry in my experience. I told them my truck has been in the shop three times for the same thing and $20,000 later I'm just seeking someone that can fix the problem and stop telling me to bring it back again and again while I go farther and farther in debt and the truck is in the shop for another 3 months. I apologize this is not what you want to hear and I would forgive as God asks of us and give you guys the opportunity to honor your review and reputation as all of these good people have stated. Unfortunately I'll probably be out of business and the truck will be at auction by then. So much for good honest people being there for each other while another shop just takes every penny they can while the working man struggles and loses everything day by day. I'll be happy the day I'm judged in heaven but will you?

We had a blown tire on our trailer and managed to get off the turnpike at Willow Hiil, PA exit. We called the shop and the owner came down with the Jack and changed the tire within 15 minutes of us calling. They don’t have mobile service and he went out of his way to help us out.

This is the only shop i completely trust to work on my trucks. Kris looks out for your best interest, doesnt cut corners, and is very reasonable on rates. A great example of an honest, trustworthy business!
