“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! Great store, great employees. Will be back!!”

“Tariful in the men’s suits departments was a light of joy! He was wonderful, approached my boyfriend and I right away and got him the best fitting suit! “I really like Windsor for the most part. They have a decent selection to choose from. However, in my opinion, the store is way too small for the amount of people that are always in there, and they are SEVERELY understaffed. There are always lines at the dressing rooms, and I've only ever seen 1 or 2 employees working at one time. I've never had a bad experience with an employee, but I still think they need at least 3-4 people working.
I also didn't like this at all - My daughter chose the dress that she wanted, but we needed it in a smaller size. They said that they could order it and that if it didn't fit, we could return it. She kept looking and found another one that she liked more. When I went to purchase it, the employee told me that it was non-refundable. I don't think that's fair. Why is it acceptable to return something that I order online but not acceptable to return something that I bought in-store? If they could tell people why this is their policy, it would help a lot.
Overall, they have nice dresses for very reasonable prices. We do shop here almost exclusively for dresses, but the size of the store makes it uncomfortable to be in, and again, there are not enough employees to handle all of the customers. I'll be back, but I hope that some of these things change in the future.”
“I shop for shoes online and have them shipped to the store. They have a special desk to pick up orders so you don't have to wait in line. The salespeople are always pleasant and helpful! Even when I've had to return items, the process is quick and painless!!
Their shoe wall is amazing! Especially for people with feet like mine - above average (10.5-13)!! They always have a nice selection to choose from at reasonable prices.”

Also when I do shop there if there isn't anything in my size the customer service Representatives will always see to it that my order is placed online and shipped to the store.”

“I loved this store, Today I went today with my daughter to buy clothes for the first time because in the past visits the clothes didn’t fit her perfectly and there was so much to choose from. There was everything from skirts, shirts, dresses, sleepwear, swimwear, sweaters everything a teen would love. The cashiers and employees were so kind and helpful, for example we didn’t know the size quide or a size that fit my daughter and the amazing employee helped us out and she even brought us options for my daughter to try on! Also the cashiers were so polite and patient! 5 out of 5 stars!! Definitely recommend this store for teens and young adults!! Am for sure going back!!”

I had to wait like 20 mins just to ask a question because there was only one lady working helping someone for 20 mins. Other than that excellent.”

“I love shopping at H&M! They carry a really nice selection of casual clothing that works great for both the office and everyday wear. This store can be a bit hit or miss — sometimes it’s super well-stocked, and other times not as much. But my last visit was a win! They had a lot of beautiful pieces in stock. The staff is somewhat friendly, not overly engaging but helpful when needed. Overall, a solid spot for trendy, affordable fashion.”
