Honest, trustworthy, and does great work. Perry was recommended to me after a couple of bad experiences with Tom Sawyer and other mechanics. As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars at all, it’s easy to feel like you could be taken advantage of, so it was important to find someone who wouldn’t do that to me. So, if you’re in a similar situation, know that coming here you’re in good hands.

Very pleased with the service, quality of work, and the price paid. It was nice to pick up my car, and NOT be told about 2 other things that SHOULD be repaired. Most other places require their mechanics to try and get additional work by saying one or two things should be repaired. I don't trust auto repair shops easily; but Willow Grove Auto has EARNED my trust.

Thanks Bernie, for getting me an afternoon appointment to change my brake fluid. My concern was the brake lines might corrode. Excellent service as always at a great price!

I took my car to Willow Grove Automotive for this first time and it was a wonderful experience! They took my car without an appointment, which that alone was amazing. I was expecting to be without my car for a couple of days because that has been my experience with other auto repair shops in the area, but that was not the case, my car needed major work and they had it completed within a reasonable time and I picked my car up the same day. I was shocked. Also Perry, was super nice and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for what I got done. I have to say I think I found a new Auto Repair Shop!Daphne

We were recommended to WG Automotive from our neighborhood FaceBook page. We’ve used them 3 separate times and have been very satisfied each time. They work quickly and the quality was great.We would absolutely recommend anyone go to WG Automotive.

They did a great job, really friendly! Replaced clutch in a couple days for a reasonable price and helped explain what needs to get done. Clutch feels great to drive. Will be going back for all the other stuff my car needs.

Horrible place. I showed up for my inspection appointment taking time from work, to learn from the front desk person that I am not on the list. He was also abrupt and dismissive.

My car was having issues and i took my car to Willow Grove Automotive mechanic. One of the very nice gentle guys checked out my car and told me my car was leaking oil and i will need to get it fixed ASAP. The gentle man checked out my car without even charging me. I have been going there now for about 4 years now and i love them. The guys are very friendly knowledgeable, professional and always does a great job on my car. I never had any complaints. Great Service

This is the best mechanic I ever had! As a woman I feel like I can trust them.. I'm surprised everytime I get my bill because it's always lower than what I imagined. I've been going to WGA for about a year now, and at 51 years of age and having been to many mechanics over time, I have to say that WGA is superior to all of them. This was the first time in my life when I could reliably take my car to a mechanic and not leave with hundreds more in unexpected repairs. This company is honest; their repairs are done in a timely manner; the charges are in line with other mechanics; and I have never met one unfriendly person there.Services: Auto maintenance

Poor communications, I called and emailed 4 days prior asking about pricing $60.00 for a set of tires to be mounted and balanced on a 2013 Venza. I arrived first thing in the morning I was the first person at the shop, only to be told that they couldn’t perform the service at that time and the earliest would be 11am. The shop was recommended by a friend so I wanted to check it out before I scheduled my wife’s car which would require a set of tires mounted and balanced also a set of front brakes. The man at the desk stated to me that the email wasn’t confirmed. So basically my email was disregarded. I was called back by “Terry” stating a “miscommunication”, I’m not sure where the miscommunication happened my email was clear and concise and when I was at the shop I was clear as to the service I wanted preformed.
