Email to Meg Ludlow: I have to tell you what a pleasure it was working with you and the team at Weinstein’s. Yes, our faucets were delayed much longer than we all anticipated and yet out of all the vendors we used for the different aspects of our kitchen you were the only one to keep me updated and posted along the way. You never once left me hanging and I thank you for that. Sometimes all it takes is keeping the customer informed and you did that amazingly well. It was appreciated.You were also amazing and super responsive when I wanted to order our cabinet hardware and then change the finish on the faucet order. You never sounded frustrated or put out, you simply took the order and made it happen.As for your service department: I was able to pick up the order as my items arrived and every time I walked into the service/pick up department they were friendly and helpful.I would do business with you and Weinstein again and plan on doing so in about a year when embark on the big Bathroom renovation.

Horrible customer service I received from Meg. I’ve been shopping at Weinstein since 2010 and I’ve never ever been so insulted and turned off. Spoke to her manager Tony and he could care less. If it wasn’t for the relationship I have with their Philadelphia location, I swear on everything that Weinstein would never see another dime from me or my company. Totally disgusted.

I worked with Meg Ludlow when I visited the Weinstein’s Bath & Kitchen Showroom in Willow Grove as I was remodeling my master bathroom. The showroom is beautiful with a wide selection of bath products on display. Meg is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and applied precise attention to detail when working with me on my bathroom design and selections.I selected Kohler fixtures and vanities by Bertch Cabinets, which was based on the displays in the showroom. Meg understood the lay out of the bathroom and created a CAD drawing with precise measurements. She made suggestions that made sense, all of which I accepted. She prepared a comprehensive proposal based on the lay out, with cabinets designed to maximize drawer space for each vanity, and included a tower and linen cabinet, which she provided to my contractor quickly.I am delighted with the look and quality of the Kohler products and Bertch Cabinet vanities selected. My master bathroom is absolutely stunning. I could not have been happier with my Weinstein’s Bath & Kitchen Showroom experience, and the support and efforts of Meg Ludlow.

We were renovating our main bathroom, ran into some issues as we were purchasing items on our own and ultimately ended up working with Meg Ludlow. She was very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and a pleasure to work with! Meg went above and beyond customer service wise to make sure we had exactly what we wanted in the short time frame we had. The showroom was magnificent! It was nice to be able to actually see items and not just go from pictures on line. I would highly recommend Weinstein Willow Grove.

Great place has lots of plumbing supply fast and efficient work environment . The people there are nice helpful and know lots of knowledge on plumbing supply.

Place went from 5 star to 1 star in a year. Appointment only and very rude. I'm a contractor who used this place for twenty years. No more thanks to the actions of Jerry.

I ordered a $7000 bathtub. Along with thousands of other supplies. For my bathroom remodel. They sold me the wrong extras on the bathtub. When I pointed it out to them they said there was nothing they could do because it was manufactured at the factory. I called the factory and they said of course you can retrofit the part. I had them call Weinstein and explain it to them. They then admitted that they could do it. They ordered the small part which showed up on my door one day. I have no idea how to retrofit it. Then refused to take my calls for the next seven months. The tub was never fixed. I will never use them again.

Don't go here if you want to upgraded you parts from Lowe's or Home Depot. this store is incredible arrogant. We had made a purchase from a very nice sales lady who is not with them anymore her name was Lauren. She has now left the company. To tell you the truth I don't blame her. We had bought most of our new bathroom from Weinstein's Plumbing. We had our own contractor. We wanted to get some parts and cabinets that were of better quality than the big box stores. Mostly everything went ok until we went to install the second sink. The second sink was about three inches from the top of the vanity when it slip out of the contractors hands. It is a very tight space between the wall and the cabinet so he was trying to let go slowly when it slipped. The sink broke in two. I was very surprised that the sink broke that easily. I mean it split clear across the top about where the portion that sits against the wall to the portion that sits on the vanity. As most people would say that the sink arrived like that. We did not want to lie. We approached Weinstein's about needed another sink but also asked for some kind of discount. They said they would order the sink right away. We supplied them with a picture. We called them for months spoke to Heather and Tracey. Meantime our bathroom remains unfinished. Every time we called they would say Covid. When we called we talked to Heather and Tracey and the manager Adam. I got tired of waiting and call the manufacturer myself. To my surprise the manufacture told me that they sink was not order until the day before. He also explained to me that when he calls Weinstein the phone just rings and rings. The manufacture got the sink to Weinstein in one day. When Heather called my husband back to to tell him sink was ready she had an attitude My husband said that she was just as rude as before. But she did offer 1/2 off. I don't think the sink should have broken in the first place thought it should have been free, but we needed it so he agreed. We have to get our bathroom done. I Called today 7/13/2020 and explained to the girl I wanted to pay for the sink before my son picked it up in the morning. I was surprised to also be getting an attitude from this girl also. She said 185.00, I said that seems high for half, is that half? She said did you want me to look up what you paid before. DUH!!!! Well we paid 260.00. How is 185.00 half of 260.00? She said your gonna have to speak with heather shes the only one that can help you. I left my number. I never got a call back from Heather. Here is more delay. We have not time to pick this up now for a week. Just assholes. I would never deal with these people.
