If I could have given zero stars that is what I would have given for this location. My husband and son went in having issues with his phone, and by the way they weren't busy but the gentleman (I use this term lightly) and some other lady told them they couldn't do anything for them because the insurance on the phone was through another store, which we NEVER went to...interesting....and made them go to that store. This is outrageous to say the least. Why didn't they just tell them the truth...truth is...they just didn't want to deal with them. I'm sorry, I get paid to do my job, you have a paying customer in front of you and you don't want to help them. Nice customer service

Product and technology knowledge, as well as service plans, were very good. My customer service rep was good once they got to me....biggest complaint was the lack of urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I was greeted at the door signed in and then waited while there were 5 employees present and only 3 customers. They chatted amongst themselves for about 10-15 minutes while I sat and waited .... If there are more employees in the store than customers, there really shouldn't be a wait...overall the service wasn't bad but that is definitely an area for improvement.

I had one of the worse customer service experiences ever at this store. My mom and I went in to upgrade her phone. After checking in with the Manager Lauren we waited about 10 minutes to be waited on, which wasn’t bad. What was awful was that our rep (whose name I didn’t get) was available to assist and spent those 10 minutes talking and joking with the security guard until she called my mom’s name.From the moment she started servicing us, she was giving nothing but attitude. She was rude, she raised her voice when we asked her a question, she made us wait for like 20 minutes to provide us with plan options. She was horrible, and didn’t explain things clearly. When we asked to sit down, she was all like, “you’ll could have been sat down.” When we asked to look at the phones again and inquired about the prices of each phone, she was like, “y’all were just over there. I thought you wanted to sit down.”And the security guard, whose name we didn’t get, was awful too. She followed us around the store the whole time. I felt racially profiled. And when the rep and my mom were speaking about the phones back at the phone display, the security guard almost escalated the situation by being unnecessarily aggressive and saying we were being loud when we were just trying to figure out the price of the phone.Fed up with the rude rep and security guard, I got Lauren the Manager to come over. I told her I wanted another rep. We should have left, but we did see a rep named Reggie who was awesome and very helpful.Never have I ever experienced such horrible service at a Verizon store. I wish I got the rep and security guards names so I could call them out specifically. The rep was terrible and needs to rethink if a job in customer service is for her. ‘Cause from what I observed, it is not a good fit.

Just got done at the Verizon store here in Willow Grove Pennsylvania,Spoke to a very nice gentleman name Mike, wow! He really knows his stuff! Couldn’t figure out how to do something on my iPhone and he showed me within seconds! But a true gentleman very respectful young man! Mike great job dude!

I went in to purchase a new phone and open a new account and was met with a man with a man bun who told me he couldn’t help me in person and to call an automated service. Drove straight to AT&T around the corner and had every need met within the hour. Verizon is a joke.

the people who work there are not professionals. They don’t understand what documents are needed for installment plans. Do not wait for approval from the bank and write-off of the credit score. I also connected to an expensive unlimited tariff and with a terrible speed of 1-2 megabits per second. We spent the whole day connecting SIM cards. It's a pity for wasted time, money and nerves

I had a great experience at this store. Especially with Sada, he helped me out as I was upgrading my dads phone. Long story short he went out of his way, above and beyond. Everyone at the store was helpful and polite. I would recomend this store highly.

The manager of this store, Patrick, is the rudest customer care representative I have ever met that's doing business under Verizon logo. In my 24 years of experience as Verizon customer, I was ready to reconsider my phone service carrier because of the encounter with Verizon Wireless Zone store in August, 2023. The Verizon Wireless Zone manager raised his voice, almost shouted, when realized I am determined to return the devises that he upsold. My child was with me, and this is completely unacceptable for a customer care business. He expressed irritation when I called Direct Verizon line to enquire about future charges on MY account. They sold products that I did not ask for including insurance. He mentioned, twice, that direct Verizon customer care representatives are those from foreign countries like Philippines, and they "don't know as much as he knows". It could be my nationality mentioned next time... The word "estimate" was especially an annoyance for him and was compared by him as "I don't know if I put gas in my car". The tone of his voice in this conversation and his "goodby I am closing" sounded as "get out". I do not recommend visiting/receiving services or products at this Verizon Wireless Zone store. You never know what you will be sold in the end. It seems that if you return what you bought here, this will be treated as personal offence to this person. If you raise your concern or disagree, you will see the desperate impolite character of this store manager. Rude and disrespectful as you have personally offended this person. I understand that they make commission, but this should not affect the customer expectation of humane treatment, a customer whose account they have privilege to access...When choosing a Verizon store, beware that this is a 3rd party store; they use upselling and cross-selling practices very aggressively. If you are mistreated, contact Corporate Verizon Wireless Complains department directly.

Not very helpful in problem solving a common issue such as no service. Solution from this store is wait it out and kick you out the door.Went to Warrington store and they fixed my issue.

Do not go to this location for a new phone!!!!! Horrible service especially from a customer service rep named Rah. He was HORRIBLE!!!!!! He did not want to help me sign up with Verizon or help me to get a new phone. It was ridiculous. I will NOT be returning.

Be careful of the old bate and switch deal and forget about trying to call all you get is long waits on the line. Never ever would use Verizon and nightmarish experience trying to deal with my problem.
