Started on ok. A bit crowded. A lot loudThen it went south, when a fight broke out and the police were called. Needless to say, I will not be back. Definitely need more mature security than the young people just standing around not keeping an eye out for trouble. So sad.

DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP - THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU.Trying to cancel my membership - have to call, can't do it online. Ok fine. They will not cancel in advance - you "have to put it on your calendar." Hung up on me before I got to ask what day I actually signed up on. Called back, was hung up on 2x. Then no one answered the phone.

Great place to take your kids except the workers kept putting the harnesses on super duper loose. I kept having to grab my kid and tighten it because they kept not tightening it enough. I watched as even the second worker up where the zip line and obstacle course kept letting kids go down with giant gaps between their harnesses and the children. That's not at all safe and they need to start putting on the harnesses properly.

We have been to a few trampoline/adventure parks, and I like Urban Air in Willow Grove a lot. The place is very clean (huge factor for these types of venues) as well as secure. They pay attention to who is coming in-and-out, and make sure kids aren't wandering out the door. We have been here to jump as well as to a bunch of parties; we just had our first party here. The planning was so easy. Our host was wonderful to work with, and took care of everything in a friendly and efficient manner. The people working here seem to care about what they are doing and are professional. Our guests loved it. Urban Air can get busy on weekends later in the day so my advice is to come earlier and even during the week. A party is also an excellent way to experience Urban Air in Willow Grove.

This is a fun, clean, and well run recreational choice to bring your kids. We found most of the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The amusements are fun, well kept, and a membership is definitely worth it.My one call out is with the food service. We have been members now for over a year, and often it is most convenient to eat there. They have a good simple selection of foods including chicken tenders, pizza, and all of the expected foods. But consistently, it is taking 30 to 45 minutes to get food. On Tuesday, I went with my son and we ordered a slice of cheese pizza, an order of chicken tenders, and two fountain drinks. It took almost 40 minutes. Again, this is consistently the experience over a year, and I truly don't understand it. My recommendation would be to eat prior to arrival because the food service is extremely unreliable. Especially if you have hungry kids who are dying to go and play, this can potentially disrupt things.Food service aside, this place is a real pleasure to visit.

Recently attended a birthday party where they ran out of pizza, which was pre-ordered. My kids enjoy it here but I would not want to host a party. They are extremely understaffed for the parties and the employees around the park are not engaged with their roles.

Highly recommend. From.games, trampolines, obstacles courses, climbing, zip line and more. We've been members, single ticket purchasers, met friends for multiple play dates here, and we hosted 3 parties here. Can't recommend this place enough. A++

We hosted our daughter's 10th birthday celebration at Urban Air and it was a great decision. At first I was trying to justify the cost, but right off the bat it was justified, when i saw my daughter, friends, and family ALL enjoying the attractions. Whether you want to simply gaze at all of the fun being had, or join in on the running, climbing, or zipping around, plenty for all to enjoy. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pizza was of good quality too. Highly recommend.

Thank you Urban Air for providing my 10 year old daughter with, as she stated, “the best birthday ever!” Our host was super accommodating and every single child at her party had an excellent time!! The age ranges of our party were from 2-12 and there are things to do at Urban Air for every single one of them. It is a very clean and well maintained facility. As a busy pediatrician, i have very little time to plan anything and they were wonderful - i booked last minute online, they provided pizza which was fabulous (unlike their competitor), and enough water and alternative beverages for all of the children and a few extras for the adults. All i had to do was bring the cake! Urban Air has so many fun things for the kids to do including trampolines, a zip line, pretty cool obstacle courses, games and more! Thank you for making my daughters day! We will be back again!!

This place is so fantastic! Adam the owner/manager is absolutely wonderful. He truly enjoys kids and what he does. Clean and fun place. Great employees. The monthly membership fee is super worth it.Downside: corporate Urban Air is the worst and extremely difficult to deal with.

We recently hosted our son's birthday party here and it went off without a hitch! They make it easy to select what you want when booking on the website. After you book, someone from Urban Air calls and goes over/confirms exactly what you need and tells you what to expect. Overall the whole booking process was very organized. The day of the event, we had Alicia as our party host and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. For example, this being a party for young kids, we had a couple of children get upset when one of the balloons popped, and she gave us a couple of extra balloons to settle them down (I don't think balloons were even promised to the children; she just noticed it was important to them). All the kids had a blast, and I got multiple comments from the other parents about what a great idea this park was to host a party. Thanks for the awesome party; we'll be back!

Fun for the kids and a complete headache for parents/caregivers. For parents/caregivers I rate this place a 2.5. I'm sure kids would rate it a 5.1. Parking is a complete DISASTER especially on the weekends when there's lots of visitors and extra party guests. You can miss your allotted timeslot riding around in the parking lot hoping and wishing someone comes out and your able to pull in before someone else does. The powers that be did not think this through when designing this place. It's so bad they have "valet" and they do what they can to help by parking your vehicle along the side of the building where it says "No Parking Fire Lane."2. Plan your visit in advance by purchasing your tickets before you arrive. Fortunately I did, however I had a friend who did not and they would not allow them and their child entry until 2hrs later. So even though the tickets are pitched as "Roar All Day" or "Fly All Day" there may be restrictions that day due to the facilities capacity (over booking parties). Also when your ticket says "valid from ____pm - ___pm" that just means you need to arrive within that time. 3. Speaking of 2hrs, playtime is for 2hrs and the way they regulate this is by assigning you a colored wrist band. When you wrist band color is announced over the loud speaker, they will tell you your time is up.4. Speaking of loud speaker, this became rather annoying real quick. At a place like this you expect noise and families having a great time. However, if there are multiple birthday parties and other celebrations, the DJ gives a shout-out over the loud speaker and gets the entire facility involved. It's cute the first few times. But the day we went there was literally 25 maybe even more birthday shout-outs, announcements for when each party table was ready to eat, announcements for when the cake cutting starts and etc. You can barely hear yourself think, let alone if your trying to get your kids attention they probably will not hear you and this time it's not their fault. That's just how loud it is especially with all the constant announcements. 5. You must purchase a pair of Urban Air Socks if you plan on jumping or going with your kids through the various attractions. Fortunately, they are reasonably priced. If you plan on returning at least you should only have to purchase them one time unless they get a hole in them or something. 6. No outside food allowed. The pizza here is awful. Most kids probably won't notice because they'll be too busy wanting to play instead of stopping to eat. The cheese taste fake and the crust like cardboard box. The best thing on the menu is the popcorn and funnel cake sticks.7. This place is filthy. Your brightly colored socks will be pitch black by the time you leave. Not sure if they ever give it a thorough cleaning but they really need to. Even some of the balls in the pit were black (resembling mold) and they were suppose to be a clear/white tint. So if you don't have a strong immune system stay clear of this place. The kids will have a blasty blast here and you might find some fun in it along the way.

The kids always have fun when we come to Urban Air. They have a nice variety of attractions and obstacles, and it's nice to have a place to take the kids to be active when it's cold outside. We just hosted a birthday party at Urban Air and the kids loved it and it was a great time. The host was very courteous and helpful. The DJ made things fun. Our party was between meals, so we decided to skip the provided food and save some money; we were allowed to bring in cake, cookies, and a fruit tray, which was plenty. Would recommend for parties and any day fun.
