I have been to this store several times and have had stellar service but this morning as I walked in the sales associate was super rude. He immediately informed me that my label was a FedEx label and while that was clearly my mistake, he was very rude. I didn't even get in the door before he basically told me to turn around. So many other more polite ways that could have been handled.

The convenience of this UPS Store location and the person assisting me today, who was extremely pleasant and courteous, ensured I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! And that included 3 Amazon returns as well as shipping a separate package that they boxed for me!!! I really appreciate the five star service I received.

My experience at this location has always been great. I’m in every couple of months dropping off entirely too many Amazon returns at one time, and the staff is always very friendly and patient!

They are really quick and usually very helpful. Convenient location with ample parking. I wish I knew the name of the brownish/blonde haired younger woman who helped me. On 5/6/24 around 9 am she was working and saw me bringing in a very large oversized box. She not only came from behind the desk to open the door for me, but also took a step out and helped me carry it in. It was incredibly kind and appreciated, and the main reason I’ll keep going back. They can get pretty busy but are always quick and efficient.
