10/10 customer service! a young lady helped me adjust my watch in 15 minutes for $20, I felt very welcomed when entering the store and the whole process was very easy and quick! I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you!

I spoke to somebody who was very nice and professional about fixing a certain watch. They shared that they do handle it there, but if it’s something bigger, they will send it out to another one of their establishments to get it fixed. Have not been there yet, but so far so good.

Can someone please explain why a renata battery for my fossil is $10 and a battery for my movado is $20 when they're exactly the same battery?! "Oh it's a Swiss blah blah blah." It's total b******* and a complete scam. If you wanna get ripped off and lied too i highly suggest this place!

Today,Feb 8, 2003, an employee of Time after Time went above and beyond in assisting me Tatiana provided assistance to me and my friend with MS. My friend could no longer walk and we were at a loss as to how to get her out of the store she was in to the food court for pick up. Tatiana offered a wheeled chair and a piece of cardboard. Voila. Security and management of the mall could not help but Tatiana did. I would attach a picture but do not know how to.

Went in there yesterday to get a new watch band.i was in and out within 2 minutes. The service was fantastic and the women behide the counter terrific.i'm going back today because of them to get anther new watch. I rate them 10 stars ( the both of them also are smart and knowledgeable, and "attractive " a super plus.

Was waiting about 10-15 min while an associate was arguing with some “sir” on the phone. No greetings, none.She even didn’t notice there is a customer! I was driving deliberately to this place 30 min to replace a battery. A big-big disappointment.

Posted store hours are incorrect. Arrived at this location Tuesday morning and was surprised to see the store closed at 10am. Tried again today and Arrived at 12 noon to find the location still locked down. Very disappointed.
