Staff are extremely rude and dismissive of the people with little children. It is sad that if you come in with a little child into the store- you are being viewed as unwelcome, especially the little one. There were about 5 or 6 of the associates standing around not having anything to do. The least they could do is be polite and nice and maybe offer to distract a child a little before the mother could have a moment to buy something. Instead, when the child grabbed a surf ball from one of their stands and simply held it- one of the associates came up, demanding that the child returns the ball, because “it was not a toy”. Come on, is the surf ball like $2? The mother would have returned it and was making sure that the child wouldn’t damage it. The child started crying and the mother had to leave the store, could not afford any more shopping. They are not only ignorant of the fact that little children do exist in this world and that mothers exist too and that they already are having a hard time at the mall. The manager wasn’t supportive or understanding either and it’s a shame, Sephora. It’s a complete disgrace. Your associates have be taught better customer service, especially when it comes to customers coming in with little kids.

I believe the Sephora makeup employees mean well for their makeup application. Unfortunately, the past visit had my foundation mismatched and very very light for brown skin. Additionally, the foundation was not blended in and was patchy. I showed the makeup artist some reference images but the result was very different. I understand if there was some confusion but there should've been some time for feedback.
Unfortunately, when my mom called to ask for details the manager ridiculed the experience. They were also extremely rude and was not willing to listen to any feedback. This Sephora and their employees should be way more organized and considerate.

I was shocked at the lack of fragrance testers, and then to find most of them are empty. Not just low, completely empty, nothing remotely to smell, it's called a tester for a reason. I am talking more than half of them, not just a couple.
Then the sales person, said they don't work in fragrances. It's a single store, Complete joke! That's like going in the gap, and the sales person doesn't work in t-shirts.
I have noticed the decline with Sephora in general, I do most of my shopping online. Rarely go into a retail store. But I got my husband a gift card for Christmas, and thought it would be nice to go in and pick out a fragrance.
Complete waste of time.

I always have mixed feelings about this location. It's convenient if you are in the Willow Grove area. It's Sephora, so you have access to the items Sephora sells. That's kinda where the pros end for me. Customer service tends to be slow to speak to you, and the items are usually out of stock. My last two visits, the store, have also been kinda messy. To be fair, it was busy. I'll continue to go here because it's more convenient parking than Center City Philadelphia, but that is really the only reason.

I went into the store this evening and I was looking for a lipstick and the store associate showed me 3 lipsticks and I didn’t like them. A customer came up to her and asked her for some help and she went with the other customer. I felt like she blew me off because I didn’t like what she showed me.

The Willow Grove Sephora is my least favorite location! I visited today only due to convenience since I had to go to Macy's for a return. My recommendation is to visit the English Village or Upper Dublin Promenade locations, they are much more organized, professional and friendlier.
