This USED to be a much better store. But in the past year -- and also moving to a new location just next door, it's gone slightly downhill when it comes to certain inventory, sadly some employees I've dealt with recently..seem they rather be elsewhere.The website also does not match what is in the store also and I've had issues with a few employees even bothering to look in the back or anywhere for stock. I needed the new City Phillies cap for my nephews BDay, site stated "In Store Pickup at WG, for the adjustable" - Also a certain City Phillies shirt I get there(which showed this 'available stock' for 3, 4 days) and nope, just a few expensive fitted for larger heads, shirt was no where to be found. Not the first time, I dealt with this w/ and Eagles hat - again stated 'in stock' on website, female employee had a total miserable attitude and stated "if its not on the wall, it's not here."Male employee too busy chatting, joking w/ co worker stated "we dont have them." I ended up driving totally out of my way to Montgomeryville location, a far smaller store... and they had PLENTY in stock along with the Phillies shirt I needed.Few years ago I ran into the same "in stock" issue, the item was not on the floor..and the employee was very cool and checked the back room. Seemed the item was scanned in, but not on the floor. Saved me aggravation and time!Not a horrific store by any means, they have an incredible collection, quite a few styles I've never seen anywhere else...prices can be a bit pricy on some items/brands. (Antigua, the usual Nike brand) Thats just the way it is, I understand...it's normal pricing with them. It is a far better store compared to a locations next store in the WG Mall, even a slew of better, wide selection of caps compared to Lids hats store I think.

bought some items at this store today, wondering why the shelves and racks still have items from those ne'er-do-wells Wentz/Simmons/Harden? they are pariahs in this town anymore.. why is this store still trying to pawn this stuff onto us shoppers? hard to find updated (and usually) overpriced merch from current stars in Philly! here's an idea...take all those clothing items that NOBODY wants..and send those items to countries that probably could use the "donation" to help poor people ! Im sure they wont care as much whose picture/name is on the shirts pants and socks. clothing recycling is the thing to do these days...plus the company gets a charitable tax credit and the store could stock things people want ! just a suggestion

customer service was horrible. I felt like they display racism. I . walked said GM no one responded . 3 associates in the front. I asked where were the Sixers hats? Associate says in the back no direction. I go find one. I tun into a s ale rack. Assuming there was a Managers meeting . there were 4 ppl in the back I asked the young lady where the shirt that says Philadelphia v. Everybody. She says on the other side . Couldnt find it went to check out & asked the associate about the shirt. As a consumer I believe you guys have every team for everyone sport but I will not be back nor refer anyone black or African American

Great selection of product. A little disorganized so it was hard to find a few things. Thought the pricing was good, for the amount of stuff I got. Didn't really encounter any employees but it's more of a shelf service place. Could use more jewelry though.

The place is just jammed packed with merchandise. The problem is most of it is inferior quality and not the latest styles. It's organized by teams/ college but other than that very confusing and chaotic the way items are displayed- many out of reach in the walls, or mixed things like long sleeve polo shirts with just ling sleeve t-shirts. Clearance items look like things from the 70's but with prices slightly below full price. My suggestion for collegiate apparel at least, if local, just go to the campus store- better quality, more variety with latest styles and the same if not lower price point.

Went to get some new hats but didn't know how the sizing measurements worked. Sam, the employee who helped me, did a wonderful job helping me find a good fit. Well done and well mannered. 5 stars.
