First and last time here. Was taken right away and started soaking for my pedicure. Tech came over and started pedicure. He kept pushing my foot down and it was painful. Massage was subpar, color went on too thick, and heels are still rough.

My gel polish chipped after 2 days. Can’t say I’m surprised as the nail tech filed my nails after applying the gel. As you can see, he also didn’t paint all of the nail bed, leaving gaps near the cuticle. All around disappointing, because he didn’t even push the cuticles back enough to properly remove them. I have long nail beds, so trimming my nails short normally looks nice, but this attempt at a manicure makes my nails look like square chicklets.
I called and they said they could schedule me, but I sat for a bit when I got there. I should have known better than to stick around when they were clearly too busy. Maybe the other techs would do a better job, but I got a new guy that didn’t know what he was doing.

I had a pretty bad experience with them. I was planning on getting my nails before my dinner date with my hubby. I asked the owner if they were busy because I didn’t make an appointment, they didn’t want to lose the customer, so they said no and lied about waiting time. I was waiting almost an hour and I told them that I had other arrangements by certain time and I can’t wait here forever, so they sent an unprofessional and non-experienced male tech for me who was absolutely terrible!! When I claimed the complaint by the end, the owner showed no concerns about my comments and threw me a bit attitude. I was almost late for my dinner because of the long wait time and poor service! I would say this nail shop is absolutely unprofessional and ignorant!!!

they made me wait awhile even after new people came in, and then after telling me they had time for my manicure he very obviously rushed through it and it reflected in his work. he didn’t even cover the whole nail which I’m pretty sure is a tactic they use to get you back in for refills sooner. I do not recommend this place at all. Terrible service.

Love them ! Get the owners the do the best job and the lady who always wears the pretty skirts ! Everyone is so kind overall and try their best to do your design !

They didn’t do what I asked for and they shaped my nails wrong after I asked her multiple times to fix it and shape it properly. Very disappointed after spending the money for a bad service and they didn’t even ask if they could fix it. Don’t go here

I got my nails done before a trip to Cuba in late November. I got my nails done on 11/28 and I flew out 12/1 and two nails broke one day after I got to my destination. I wanted a simple design. Almond shaped nails (my nails were already that shape when I walked in) with white tips. That's it. I had issues while getting my nails done with the man taking forever to do a refill and my nail shape was not at all what I asked for and my right pinky nail was so crooked and thin you could see my real nail on the side and instead of actually fixing it, he laid a literal pile of acrylic on top. It was the thickest most ridiculous nail I ever had. But since I had a flight that day, I literally had no more time for his foolishness and I had to leave. It is now middle January--and I have come to the conclusion that Pro Nails is using MMA chemical not actual acrylic on nails. I still have some stuck to my fingers and my nails are so incredibly thin that it hurts to even type. I've tried to soak my nails with the cotton and tin foil. But my nails are so paper thin it burns. I have nails that have broken and shredded down so far that some fingertips are numb. My mom, who is a cancer patient and a diabetic, got a gel mani and pedi and 4 days after getting her pedicure she had an entire toe nail just fall off. I don't think they properly disinfect. I am 36 and have been getting my nails done for 22 years and I have never in my life experienced something so painful. My mother and I will never go back there and we hope you don't either. It is convenient because it's in the mall and there's ample parking and other shops but the quality of the products they're using and the job one of the guys does is AWFUL. It will probably be March before my nails are normal enough for me to even get them done again. I can't even get a basic mani right now. Very very upset about it

I've been a customer for more than two years. I normally get a pedi and a gel full set with French polish. I'm an excellent tipper, too. ( $25+ for services over $90.).The last two services were dismal. First. I received a full set with a design that was NOTHING like I showed the male nail tech.I hated it so much I went back and paid extra for a new polish changeThe new polish turned all of my nails a.weird gray colorI went back a third time and nicley explained this to the owner. I asked for her assistance and her suggestionThe owner acted as if she didn't understand my concern while I'm physically showing her my gray nailsFinally, she got a tech to change the polish. The new tech and my previous male tech started speaking in their native language. Even though I didn't speak their language. I could tell they were talking badly about me. You could just tell.This experience really left me disappointed with their level of service. It wasn't even the issue with the polish ad much as it was their complete disrepect towards me. A simple apology for the polish error and an offer to fix it would've been the professional thing to do. They've lost a loyal customer who will tell others to try Serenity Nail Bar in DrrsherMuch more pleasant, courteous, and competent.

Tom, the man in the glasses, was absolutelyExcellent! He was so kind or patient, his work is beautiful. I was so nervous throughout my whole refill process but I am so happy I went here. He also let me change my nail color twice!!
