Stopped in here for the first time to get steaks for father’s day. Maggie P. was so helpful, and the staff were all kind which made for a good experience. She made sure I was aware of all the specials and deals before I decided on my purchase. I will be back!

Received our first order last month. The steaks were as were the chicken, hot dogs & burgers were all great! The potatoes were just awful. But they were throw in's. Going to try their retail shop in Willow Grove, PA

I never give a 5star review, but, this employee, Brandon H. needs to be recognized. Went in to purchase several items and Brandon came up to me to assist on helping me out.I want to say, not only was he patient, not only was he soft spoken, but, he was polite and a gentleman. Brandon not only are you are an asset to this company and I hope they realize the person they have representing them. God Bless and Thank you!

The pizza ? is tasty, but the jalapeno poppers are nasty. They are very greasy, and they put some kind of white cheese that doesn't have that rich cheese flavor as cheddar cheese does.

The food is very good, however, I tried to order today and yesterday and staff not knowledgeable about sales and item prices. I was told “the paper is not around” when asking what the specials were. The man today patient and tried to help but I ended up not making a purchase because of the lack of item prices/availability. The woman yesterday impatient. I understand its harder having to take phone orders during this time but the basics (price/specials/item availability) should be known.

0 stars for this company!!!! First order was missing 2 top sirloins,second was missing 4 fillet mignon, when on the phone with them, they promised to send a total of 6 items, my sirloins and the filet mignons.... And instead I received a pack 4 of all kind of meat pieces crumbled up together that came apart when cooking it.....So disappointed of this place........ NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve been a long time customer with Omaha and usually place my orders on line, but with everything that’s going on I figured that I’d just walk into the store close to my home. I called first to see what time they closed and if I was able to place an order for pick up... The woman who answered was a complete mess and was not able to articulate or finish a sentence... I said I would just come in and she just clicked off. I’m in shock.

I called to place an order at 11 am today and the lady was extremely rude and hung up. I cannot believe the poor level of customer service. I almost thought I was calling a Walmart store.
