Once they scan your passport and driver's license, they will pull up the electronic application that you completed online and bring it up on a screen for you to check it for accuracy. When that part is completed, you will then have your fingerprinting done. The final thing is to have your photo ID taken for your official and pay the $85.00 charge. They accept credit, debit, and cash!”

Fraser just got done on a mid size implementation and the thing that stuck out is something I live for. OVERCOMMUNICATION! This was throughout the process and through the 6 day implementation. When something as trivial as the truck was delayed I was informed so that my end user was not in the dark. This seems like something all vendors do but I cannot tell you how often they don’t want to discuss ‘bad’ happenings and ultimately a tiny issue becomes a 5 alarm fire.
