Alana, was very helpful and polite. I needed a moving dolly and she quickly produced three of them to make my work more efficient. Our unit is inside. It is very clean and climate controlled.

I would like to say Alana was the representative that took care of me she went above and beyond and was very courteous to see all my needs were met showed me a couple of different units to make sure that I was comfortable with the one I had for my situation . I would recommend Metro self storage to anyone great place courteous and helpful.

For a walk-in customer without appointment, I found service quick, professional, and personable (Alana). Unit viewed was clean as was overall site. Terms and conditions were clearly presented. Perfect! In and out with lease in under 40 minutes.
