They sprung into action, measured me, and found the right shirt and tie for the occasion. A profound thank you to the staff for helping me out!”

“This store is amazing. The location in Willow Grove is my favorite place to shop. They keep the store very organized, and the staff is always willing to help. The clothes are well stocked and the store is always clean.”

“Love Willowgrove Macy’s, it’s by far my Favorite Macy’s to go to. There’s this 1 cashier who is such a sweetheart and so helpful. She remembered me from just my being there one time when a storm knocked out the electric so the wait was a bit longer bc the registers had to turn back on and reboot. So now whenever I’m in that Macy’s I make a point to see if she’s working. I’ll always wait in her line bc she’s friendly, pleasant with a great sense of Humor that knows her job well, and is a fast cashier. This store always has the best selection from jewelry, to men’s, juniors and Women’s clothing. Love the Perfume/cologne selection as well as the purses! I’ve bought many of my purses here, and will continue to do so. Along with sneakers and shoes this is my go to for everything including bedding as well! I obviously bought the nike sneakers, and both black and white shoes! I wasn’t taking my sock off to try on the white pair of shoes, with the pandemic going on! Also the levi T-shirt my friend has on, bought that as well. My other friend whose trying on the blue boots also bought them as well!”

“Yesterday I took my granddaughter shopping at Hollister, they had a high selection of tops, pants and sweaters, we were very impressed with the layout of clothing and selection, but, most of all our very friendly and polite cashier named jay, I was so impressed with his knowledge of policy and help he provided, along with great manners!!!”

Other than that, very nice selection of dresses and professional apparel.I only have a few complaints.1) I wish they had more strapless bras and Bussieres in their intimate apparel section. If you need something specific for a wedding you may need to order online. 2) Their discounted return clothing section is a hot mess. Clothes just thrown on the floor getting stepped on. 3) Dressing rooms are not monitored very well. Lot of people come in here to rip off tags and you just find the trash all over the floor.4) Need better security to keep the kids under control.”

“H&M is a great store to get fashion at a decent price. The clothes aren't flashy, but do have pieces that will turn heads. Clothes are well put together and can fit almost any occasion (weddings, funeral, baby showers, kid's picture day, cookouts, etc.) and if people don't have time to go looking around, stop here first. I purchased my kid's clothes from here and a few things for my wife. Everyone left happy!”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Men's Wearhouse in Willow Grove, PA. I went in looking for a suit for an upcoming wedding, and even though I ended up buying elsewhere, I wanted to specifically recognize two staff members who were incredibly helpful.

Nicole and Justin were both fantastic! As a bigger guy, finding formal wear can be a challenge, but they were both extremely patient and knowledgeable. They pointed me in the right direction and helped me explore different options.

While I didn't make a purchase there this time, it's worth noting that I'm a returning customer. Back in 2019, before COVID, I brought in a jacket for tailoring. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't able to pick it up before the pandemic hit. Fast forward to 2024, I was back in the store and on a whim, I asked Nicole if they'd keep things that long. To my surprise, she immediately started searching and actually FOUND my jacket! I was absolutely floored! Thanks to Nicole's attentiveness, I now have a complete suit again.

Overall, I can't say enough positive things about the Men's Wearhouse in Willow Grove. The staff, particularly Nicole and Justin, were incredibly helpful and professional. Even though I didn't purchase a suit this time around, their outstanding customer service made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this location!”
