I was just stopping in the store to look and get a great feel for some of the mattresses. And the manager Hamed, was so welcoming and friendly. His attention to detail was superior. He knew what to do and what he was talking about when it came to the furniture. He let my wife, and I check out the beds and to pick out the best one that fit our needs. I would always recommend him and that store for anyone’s mattress needs..

We purchased a mattress and box spring for our teenage son. We didn't give ourselves a lot of time before closing, so I was a little nervous about making a choice in under 30 minutes. Hamed was very accommodating and took my son's sleep needs into consideration when showing us three options he thought would be the most suitable. He gave my son plenty of time to test out the mattresses. We inquired about purchasing a box spring also, and both items were in stock! We left the store with the mattress and box spring, giving my son the ability to sleep on them tonight! My husband and I will be looking for a new mattress in about a year or so. We'll definitely be visiting Mattress Firm to take advantage of their amazing Labor Day sale, and hopefully Hamed will be there to help us.
