Been doing business with this Macys for over 3 years. Never have an issue with staff. The store layout is perfect. Easy to navigate. They're pretty well stocked. New stuff comes in weekly. Other than that, very nice selection of dresses and professional apparel. I only have a few complaints. 1) I wish they had more strapless bras and Bussieres in their intimate apparel section. If you need something specific for a wedding you may need to order online. 2) Their discounted return clothing section is a hot mess. Clothes just thrown on the floor getting stepped on. 3) Dressing rooms are not monitored very well. Lot of people come in here to rip off tags and you just find the trash all over the floor. 4) Need better security to keep the kids under control.

The girl at the sunglasshut was on her earbud talking while I waited to get help. She saw me a couple times. ZERO acknowledgment!

Macys is terrible l. How do you decrease someone's limit and decline a purchase because my payment was 6 days late. The cashier states they have been doing this to people since the pandemic. I have been a faithful customer for years and I'm told my account is delinquent 6 days past due date. Close the entire account. I don't have those those problems with Bloomingdales , Saks or Neimans. Bye Macys nice knowing ya

This lady (on the right) literally never acknowledged me while I stood there and after I asked her several minutes later about a pickup, she looked at me, didn't say a word, didn't move, just looked at me... Wtf? Had these roles been reversed though....

Return policies are the strictest of any major retailer. You have to have your items blessed by a priest and have the president write you a letter of recommendation before you're deemed worthy enough to make a return. Oh and everything is thrown around and tossed all over the floor. Great work guys.

I placed an order mid morning today for same day pick up. Received an email an hour and half after placing my order (but an hour after the store opened) that my order was ready for pick up. Headed over, pulled into a "customer pick up" parking spot (designated by the doors), entered my car style, color and location form the email I received. My order was ready brought to my car not long after that! So simple and easy!

I ordered an item online through the MACY's website and had it shipped to the store in Willow Grove for pickup. I was sent a confirmation of my order, directly after my purchase online was completed, and later an e-mail notifying me that the item had arrived at the store. I thought the pickup process would be simple. So I brought my ID, the card I used to make my purchase and my phone with the confirmation e-mails to the store. Upon arriving at the pickup location I saw a rather effeminate Caucasian male employee and an older minority female having an extended conversation while others waiting in line. After waiting for their conversation to conclude it was finally my turn to approach the employee to pickup my items. I was immediately told "I'll be right with you SIR" by the Caucasian male. After I was finally permitted to approach, with ID and phone in hand, I let the employee know I was there to pickup items I had ordered and that I had received a notification letting me know the items were available for pickup. I showed the employee the e-mail confirmation. The employee who seemed standoffish towards me, probably due to the fact that I am a minority male, snapped "Its not ready yet sir" and gave the phone back to me. I told him again that I had received the notification that the item was available at the store. He snapped again "Can I see that e-mail?" Never did he ask for my ID. Never did he check the purchase confirmation e-mail I showed him. He just seemed to be trying to "fight" with me and make a scene over items I had paid my hard-earned money for. If this is the standard Macy's Willow Grove has for the treatment of minority men (especially in today's political climate with the unjust murders of minority males) I can see why this store has such low ratings. I did eventually find the notification e-mail and he gave me the items I paid for. Its just amazing how poorly I was treated at this location. This is not a store I would want to shop at regularly unless some serious customer service training is implemented.

Nice Elevator. This is my favorite Macy's long time, tied with KOP. It opened in 2001 and it is the sister to Newport Center. I've gotten some nice garments here plus a top-notch leather belt. I also got my Mom a tea kettle here, and cookware.

I love this MK Mercer bag, but the saleswoman of MK attitude is so mean. Nice product, bad service!

I struggled to find a single person that was working at a cash register to check out. I ended up going to the makeup counter. The whole store is a mess. Nothing is organized.

Terrible customer service! The lady who works at the same register every time I come pick up my online orders. She scolds me and raises her voice and treats me as if I killed a member of her family! She ordered me around and began telling me what to do with my toddler. Very unprofessional. Staff never knows where orders are and make customers wait for almost 45min til they even print a receipt!!! This will certainly be my last time coming to this location.

Today I went to Macy's to buy a cologne set for my husband for father's day. My cashier was Angela in perfume and cologne section who had the most digusting attitude towards us. We asked her simple question and she ignored us. We asked her the question again and she appeared to be very annoyed. Lady if you hate your job just quit. Theses employee's at Willgrove Macy's needs to be trained on customer service. This is not the first incident I had receiving poor service at Macys. Definitely will stop coming to this place. Not worth the aggravation on spending your hard earned money!

I always shop at Willow Grove Macy's because it is convenient for me. I have experienced the worse customer service so far in that department store. The women's department have the worse employees working there. They are not friendly at all. If you ask them a question, you will definitely get dirty looks from them. Today, I went to get a cologne and the nasty employee that worked in that department was extremely rude. Her name was Angela. I asked a question, she literally ignored me. I repeated the question thinking she didn't hear me and she ignored me again. I guess Macy's can care less about the customer satisfaction. I am sure they will be the next department store closing.

Rude and unprofessional at the Clinique stand. I was supposed to receive a tote bag along with my purchase, which I did not. I called various times, thinking that could be a mistake, they make me wait long times before answering, gave me some excuses and reassurance that they would took care of it. I was never able to talk to a manager. When I understood that they could not care less of my request I placed a compliant over the phone to some other Macy's department. I received a call back from Ashlyn the Clinique consultant. She told me that I would receive a replacement, which of course never arrived. I do not think that Macy's standard should be of this level.
