Update: I wrote this review about 2 months ago.
I happened to stroll into lux nail Spa for a quick manicure.. Just by luck of the draw I was given Moon. She was a beautiful woman a long Auburn hair in a beautiful smile. As she did my nails she did not seem to talk to you much. Over the next 2 months I probably got my nails done once a week haha. Not because it was necessary but because I wanted to see Moon.
The whole staff there is wonderful but I think I'm really in love with Moon..

I didn’t catch the ladies name who tended to me. I arrived for a 3PM appointment for a full set and gel pedi. The salon was clean and the ladies were inviting. I was promptly taken care of. The lady taking care of me asked the whole way through how the shape, length, design, etc. was. The whole time she told me if there was anything I didn’t love to let her know. She honestly did a phenomenal job that needed no critiquing. The whole process was gentle and detail oriented including my pedicure. 10 / 10 experience!

Worst experience. I went for a gel manicure and the nail tech cut my nails way too low and even cut my cuticles 2 times with out acknowledging it, I was bleeding. I asked her 2 times not to use the dremel tool bc my nails are thin and they don’t need the dremel to do gel and she tried 2 times to use it. I asked for rounded and she squared off about half of my nails. Polish was sloppy on multiple nails around the cuticles. Would not recommend.Services: Pedicure

It’s hard to find a nice nail salon in willow grove area. luxe is close by our home so it’s convenient however it’s not clean inside, the massage chairs and arm rests on them are clearly never wiped down and my manicure always seems to be done sloppily. They’re pretty expensive for the the lack of service provided. Don’t expect massages during your main or pedi either.

Best nail salon in Montco!! Been going to Lux for years & I'm never disappointed. I see Simi & she's absolutely amazing... great nail tech & awesome friend over the years!! Her nail designs are out-of-this-world!! The staff that work here are all friendly & personable. Navi, the owner is very sweet & very accommodating. Lux Nails is 10/10, definitely recommend!!

Decided to stop here after lunch for a classic manicure. Parking: a lot Atmosphere: bright Service: We weren't greeted. My nail tech was quick and made sure I was ok. She couldn't suggest any natural colors. I'm used to nail salons offering water/wine. This place didn't offer that. The classic manicure was $20. They offer waxing also. Overall, the service was ok. I would go back.

I have been going there for years I was using Anne she was great never had a problem she quit about 2 months ago, they gave me a new girl Moon, Awful she gave me horrible fungus then the owner said she would do my nails the fungus moved to other nails and my nails were lifting in a week after I just got them done. I went somewhere else and had all that taken off and started fresh. If you go there watch what they do and Do not use MoonServices: Acrylic nails

I asked for dip nails and they said they didn't have the color in dip powder but they had it in gel, so I just asked to do gel since that would be cheaper. However the nail tech said that dip powder with the gel polish would be $40 and gel alone is $40, so obviously I decided to do the dip powder and gel. Turns out, gel alone was $30 and not $40. Not only that, she refused to apply a base coat since it "doesn't look nice" even though I asked. She was very rough with my nails and extremely rude to me. I totally understand that the holidays are super busy and I appreciate them for being there, however I still paid for the nails that I didn't like and was lied to about the price.
