I was shopping for Christmas gifts for co-workers and trying to decide what to buy while managing my daughter. Reese was so kind to take my daughter for a moment and allow me to shop while she showed my daughter some soaps. It was so helpful during a stressful shopping night!!

I love this Lush store & staff! There isn’t one bad employee that I’ve come across. I want to encourage the leadership to really invest in, add flexibility for & develop plans to retain: existing employees. Your employees are the jewel of the store. From Macayla to Rachel and all of the others that I’m not naming, please ensure they are cared for as your most valuable assets. They are the reason I go into the store. Please continue to place priority on frontline staff satisfaction. If they are happy, then I will be happy.

I came into lush looking for a gift for my little sister, I had no idea what to get! Amber was so kind and helpful and guided me through the whole selection process. I felt involved in my purchase and not pushed towards any product. She was genuine and was great at conversation! Will definitely be returning!

I recently found out lush was in the mall and had to go. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming and remember their customers. They're extremely knowledgeable about the products and you can tell they care about helping you find what you need. The store is very well kept and clean. So happy to have such a great lush near by (: <3

A great shopping experience today at Lush in Willow Grove mall! With such a HUGE variety of products and scents, it can get a little overwhelming to decide on not only which product(s) to buy, but which scents will match your preference.
The staff today were amazingly helpful and friendly as hell, without being pushy or making me feel like they were trying to make me buy everything I looked at. Associate Devon helped point out which products were new or limited edition, and gave some great recommendations. Each of the other staff members (I didn't get their names!) were really great, too, and fun to chat with.
I went in to make an exchange of an item I purchased online, and they made it super easy and hassle-free. I also chose a few shampoo bars that I'd been curious about, but never had the chance to smell in person. I ended up exchanging my Sticky Dates shower gel(too sweet for me) for the Lord of Misrule, which I'm excited to finally get my hands on! Along with solid shampoo bars Jumping Juniper and Seanik. I also got a few surprise free samples, which I can't wait to use.
Overall, an awesome shopping experience today! and I met some new and fun people, to boot. I will certainly be shopping here again 🙂💚

I finally caught a sale at Lush! Yay! The staff at this location is truly welcoming and very aware of other cultures. I was offered a few amazing samples for haircare, had some great convo about fragrances, and met a cool Lush employee named Devon (all of the staff was great tho).

I've been a lush girlie forever! However this is my first time at the willow grove location.... Devin(Devon) was absolutely amazing!!!! She helped introduce me to new items and even helped me go about booking my party with them. Thank you so much!!!!!

My daughter had her 21st birthday party here. She has such an amazing experience. The two hosts were simply awesome. The 7 girls had such a wonderful time and my daughter could not stop smiling long after she came home. Prior to the party, staff was attentive to her guests' needs (allergies and such) to make sure all the girls were pampered. Definitely recommend. :)

This location provided the best service I've ever experienced at Lush. The staff were attentive, but didn't hover like my more local location tends to. I was trying different perfumes when I visited and tried one on my wrist. After a few minutes the scent developed into one I absolutely wanted to buy. But I couldn't recall what the scent was. The staff all took the time to help me figure out which fragrance it was, performing trial and error while still assisting the other shoppers. I never felt like I wasn't attended to despite the shop being somewhat busy because of the sale. I may just make the trip out to this location more often because it was such a treat!
