Ms. Betty, in particular, is recognized as a great asset, always exceeding expectations. Katrina was very helpful, polite, and pleasant when assisting with appliance purchases, helping to make the experience smooth and calming. DeAnna was also fantastic, showing patience and asking the right questions to help find the perfect storm door that matched the style of the house. Customers appreciate the staff’s willingness to assist, especially when looking at grills or appliances. Janel and Hubert helped one customer save money and find a great refrigerator, and the staff’s efforts are appreciated even during busy times, as seen when employees helped at the self-checkout.
