I truly wish I can give this place zero stars the customer service is god awful and I hope they go out of business they have the worst communication of any bank ever dealt with their customer service is as bad as my garbage. I truly tell everyone I know to never use his bank ever I hope to cancel all my cards and switch my payment. I would rather lose money then have to deal with this company again. And that’s saying something. Their customer service is just God awful.

I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Simple tasks like changing an address took almost half an hour in person (and wasn't actually done correctly) while it took under 10 minutes at TD Bank. The app is unresponsive and mobile deposits rarely work. I spend more time on hold than I ever did speaking with an actual person. The hours can be difficult to work with, and the service members are so unknowledgeable that you have to endure multiple transfers to get to some one who can help you. The people themselves are nothing but sweet, but there is a MAJOR problem with how the company is structured, the lack of training, and how uncustomercentric his business is.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! The atm stole $5000 from me !!!! Took the money then gave me a receipt that said transaction denied!!! Be very aware!!!!!
