My girlfriend and I went in together to create a custom engagement ring and John was our guy who went through the whole process and designed the ring for us. He was super patient as he sketched multiple designs (each time he would take our feedback), created digital drawings, then a mold for my girlfriend to try on. After we confirmed the design, they had the ring built and I hid the final ring from my girlfriend and I just proposed a few days ago! She loved the ring as it was super beautiful. For the design we took various pictures of other rings she liked in other stores and he was able to combine everything she liked into one ring!

Surprise gift husband bought me a ring. He waited 2 weeks, asked if ring was correct size requested. Of course it wasn't. This is why i hate buying from here instead of private jeweler. Take our money, make us wait, waste gas driving back and forth. This ring will sit in a box s8nce i already have no good memories.

Unreal. Unprofessional. And during holidays. Last minute shopping for loved one for Christmas. Work schedule hectic so I called to luckily have a piece of jewelry set aide. Michelle say no problem and the 50% sale still good! Big savings. Next day before happily picking up John my sales guy calls to say he has bad news. The set aside the jewelry is there, but the price is now double. But wait, what? I could have picked up day before. Sorry Charlie. Pay us full price. We'll guess what? I will never shop here again plus my 10,000 Facebook followers and 27,000 Linkedin contacts will know this terrible story. Merry Christmas, but not at Jared Willow Grove PA. Very ugly stuff. The question everyone who ever considers shopping here is who would do this to someone right before Christmas? That is who your dealing with here. Will they do it to you and your family?
