Says that the store opens at 10 am, I was here until 10:30 no one opened the store and I saw plenty of staff inside the store.
Why do you say that you are open at 10 if no one even plans opening it at this time!? People are busy and plan their schedule according to the information you provide!!! Waisted more than an hour getting here and waiting!!!!!

Used to have better selection of clothes and clearance. Now it looks more disorganized. Still a great back up store for clothes if at the mall.

H&M is a great store to get fashion at a decent price. The clothes aren't flashy, but do have pieces that will turn heads. Clothes are well put together and can fit almost any occasion (weddings, funeral, baby showers, kid's picture day, cookouts, etc.) and if people don't have time to go looking around, stop here first. I purchased my kid's clothes from here and a few things for my wife. Everyone left happy!

Purchased a coat online and needed to return it because it’s too big. The receipt has a QR code for in store returns yet I was told that the store wouldn’t accept the return because it’s a “premium” item. The coat cost $199.00. The manager told me that the store would lose money if they accept premium items for return over $200. I won’t ever shop here again. How is a store incapable of accepting a return item that only cost $199.00. Had I known this before purchasing, I would have left it where it was. This is the W-Mart of the clothing world apparently. Pass on this store and get better quality and customer service elsewhere.

This location doesn’t even deserve one star. Very rude and ignorant girls-cashiers. One was just chilling doing nothing while another one was taking customers and talking to her. They don’t smile or greet customers, just continue talking to each other. Looks like they are doing you a huge favour by doing their job. If you don’t like what you are doing just quit, I believe H&M deserves much better people working there.

The customer service in this store is horrible. The employees who work at the register and supporting managers do not know the value of customers and don’t treat customers well. They don’t know how to do returns and actually treat customers like they’re at fault. Horrible. Never recommend this location.
