This is the worst place for toys, Games shopping. I am very disappointed for how they treat their customer!I came in to shop here, as they are running 40% off on toys. I bought one toy last week. A week later, I found out that they're actually adding 50% markup on retail price of toys and giving 40% off, so effectively you are paying 10% more from actual retail price. When I figured this, I went back to return the item, but they didn't accept the return or exchange, though I was returning only a week later. It doesn't matter if they running any offer, because the sale price is more from what the customer would pay elsewhere.Staff is so rude. I see other reviews are telling the same thing as mine and now, I regret that I should have read those reviews before shopping here.I would rate them zero if system would allow me to do it.

I Went to this place for shopping some days ago. And I was very disappointed for how they treated me! Very rude employee. I Will never get bact to this place anymore.

Went at 2 pm on a Saturday. Doors were locked and an employee ran up and waved her fingers at my face telling me their closed? Just go to squishables they’re very nice and carry all plush nick nacks

Came to this toy store and was immediately approached at the door and told to hurry up because they close at 7pm but the boss wants them to kick everyone out by 6:45. I arrived at the store at 6pm,this is not a very large store so how long did the guy think I’d be in there? I was wondering why the guy working the register would approach us. Then when other people came in to the store and they were the same race as the guy working the register,he said nothing to them about closing time,or rushing them out the door. To top off this terrible experience,he approached us two more times, asking if we were ready yet. I will never return to this store ever again. Terrible conduct at a children store ,so sad

Rude staff. Employee was out front having a personal cell call and we walked in and started looking around. Another employee came out and the two of them were loudly complaining about waiting to close up. We just dropped the stuff we had and left. No sign about closing early and on google it says 6pm. Place is an overpriced ghost town.

I gave 2 stars because the counter woman was so friendly. I’m very disappointed with the go! Starry Night jigsaw puzzle. The pieces were very loose when put together such that as I’d slide them into position they easily fell apart

Go! Calendars, Toys & Games is located in Willow Grove Mall. On 11/13/20 my sister and I stopped in to look for the hot new card game of the 2020 holiday season, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. After a string of unsuccessful attempts at other stores we stopped by Go! Calendars, Toys & Games to see if they had Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza. They didn't, but the employee was very friendly! I would stop by again to have another look around to see what else they have!

I love this place. It is located in a former Williams-Sonoma space at the Willow Grove Park Mall. The staff are the best I've ever seen.

Horrible customer service just left and the so called manager was very rude no eye contact no greeting would not stand up to ring up my things for my son and then things escalated because she was very rude..wont be back in
