Anytime I have an issue with my pc or other tech the Geek Squad is there. I love the timely alerts via email and text. Each issue that I had was resolved peacefully.

There was literally no hope for my laptop, I was already shopping for a new one. Geek squad fixed my original one and it runs like a brand new laptop and every member I was helped by was friendly, informative and extremely knowledgeable. 11/10 recommend
