Came into the store today and the lady has an attitude with me for no reason. She denies my military discount when I came here many times and use my discount many times. She needs to fix her attitude

Evening of 3/25 i went to the store. At checkout after not giving my phone number my transaction was declined twice despite available funds. The next day the transaction reflected as charging succesfully. Went to the bank, they said it went through good then was declined twice, which makes no sense other than to realize the cashier was imcompetent. The female cashier was having trouble w the customer before me and I should have waited for the cashier who seemed to know what he was doing. Disputed charge w the bank and itll be fixed but is an inconvience and was embarrassing. The cashier needs further training or botched the transaction on purpose because i didnt give my phone number. Will never shop at any gap store or store affiliated w gap. I still dont understand why were even asked to give our phone number

Whoever has designed this years clothing deserves an "F" Clothing is BORING AND BASIC. Many items look like third world prison garb. Just basic sweats and jeans. No sense of Americana-style that Gap is known for representing. This was a big fail for this clothing, especially since it's kinda expensive.
