good selection but they say they open at 10 and literally are never open at 10. every other store in the whole mall is open and ready for business except them its so annoying.

Very unprofessional. Two Employees working were extremely rude screaming profanities throughout the store while children were present. Also yelling how they should have closed the store early. These employees need customer service training. They definitely give the mall a bad appearance with there poor conduct.

The manager Dave is incredibly rude. He’s also unprofessional to the fullest extent and should be fired immediately. I don’t believe that he is fit to be running any sort of district or store because he does not communicate with his employees. He’s a joke of a manager and should be fired. He also accuses employees of stealing money even though there’s no proof of it at all. Someone needs to do something about it.

The store itself is great, but one of the store associates circled my partner and I like a hawk, and I caught him staring straight at me. I never caught his name because I felt so uncomfortable and my partner and I left as soon as I noticed.

Like the other reviewer said, this fye is a lot smaller than others I've been through. However, they still have a ton of merchandise packed in to make it worth a visit. I'm very happy and excited that this mall has a fye now!

This FYE opened up a week ago in the Willow Grove Park Mall in Willow Grove, PA. There used to be a FYE here years ago but that was well before I started coming here. I love FYE, and once I heard there was a new store opening up in the Willow Grove Mall I had to make the trip on a fine Friday afternoon. Overall, it isn't too bad. Located on the second floor near Primark, this FYE store is a smaller one compared to the others in the area (Montgomeryville, Plymouth Meeting). Right off the bat I can say that if you are looking for a good selection of music and DVDs you would be better off at one of the previously mentioned stores. This FYE has a lot of merchandise ranging from action figures, Funko Pops, t-shirts/apparel, games and puzzles, manga etc. The selection they do have is decent and they do have some movies/television in the form of steelbooks. Even though the store is lacking in movies/music which is my primary reason for going to FYE, it is still a great store and one worth looking around.
