Since they don't even have walk in pick up service anymore don't waste your time with this company! just use mc master carrThank you for your follow-up, but I have an account and am a contractor, I called the store twice, and listened to the long disclaimer twice and pressed the option to talk to a team member and there was no service so I drove to the store to be locked out , with signage to read.what a waste of time, I then immediately ordered online from McMaster car and my hardware was delivered the next day

EXPENSIVE, clerk turned instantly rude when he found out I didn't have an account. Better prices and service from McMaster or Victor Machine

These guys really can get you in and out quickly with the right parts you need. They all know exactly where every little nut and bolt is in their inventory and it's all neatly organized and Clean. Very friendly as well
