“Product and technology knowledge, as well as service plans, were very good. My customer service rep was good once they got to me....biggest complaint was the lack of urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I was greeted at the door signed in and then waited while there were 5 employees present and only 3 customers. They chatted amongst themselves for about 10-15 minutes while I sat and waited .... If there are more employees in the store than customers, there really shouldn't be a wait...overall the service wasn't bad but that is definitely an area for improvement.”
