He was some what helpful. The reason why I said that because I was expecting someone really be able to know more about insta 360 to tell us how to operate them or is it rechargeable etc. His answer was “I’m not sure about that” but in other thing he was helping us with the bundle that Best Buy offer with the selfie stick in certain prices instead purchasing separately that will cost a bit more. The place was kinda empty I barely see any people around. Also on the camera sections there was not much things on the shelf, feels like they got robbed or about to lose business.”

3900 Welsh Rd, Willow Grove“A piece of my phone charger broke off in my phone and wouldn’t charge. I stopped into the store to see if they could fix it before going to Apple Store - was trying to avoid Apple Store wait . The guy who helped me (I think Jorge) worked on my phone and was able to get the piece out! Was so grateful for his assurance and great customer service .”

2330 Easton Rd, Willow Grove“Roxanne was a marvel. I can’t say enough about how kind, patient and clear she was explaining everything to this very untechnical 86 year old.
I hope Verizon rewards her properly with a bonus or a raise. Anyone lucky enough to get her is blessed.”
“Yesterday when I came into your store I was greeted by the lovely alexandros and Dominique, the service my husband received by Dominique was out standing and any time she didn’t know something she asked alexandros for help and he would stop what ever it he was doing to help ! they are a great team !!!”
