This place, despite a very expensive makeover, is no longer about sporting goods. It's about fashion that looks athletic, but that's it. I went in looking for workout gear and cycling gear. Very little of the first and literally none of the second. In the area that used to have cycling gear and other outdoor sports items, they have a GIGANTIC Area dedicated to STANLEY MUGS (and knockoffs). Does anyone really need a quarter of the store dedicated to overpriced "stylish" drink ware?
No wonder this store has been failing. Most of the people i know won't shop there anymore and after seeing this "makeover", i can't say I'm li blame them.

Good selection, good service! We always find what we need and everyone is helpful. We often times are greeted upon walking in.

Hardly anyone to assist. Thankfully after quite awhile searched out a helpful young man. At the register for checkout, I asked if there might be a Senior Veteran Discount on my purchase, and while chuckling, said NO. Not let me ask, etc…upon payment of items over $100. , I was asked if I wanted a bag, for an additional 5 cents. What is this world coming to…there are other places to shop for similar merchandise. This store management should be ashamed of itself.

Great experience here Everyone as I walked in and through the store were so kind and very helpful ! I went in to get shorts for my daughter’s birthday . Was able to find what I needed . The store was clean and easy to navigate . I was thankful for that . Then I met a man named David , he was at the register , very kind man . We got to have small talk he made me feel valued as a customer as did the manger standing near him , I didn’t get his name unfortunately.

I came here for a specific basketball. Ed was very helpful in making sure I recieved the proper product. Scott rang me up and offered all the store specials. Everyone was very helpful throughout! Thank you all!

Called to see if they had an item in stock. They said they have it. I came in and they don’t have it at all. lol. Wasted time and gas.

I’m blown away with my experience there tonight. It’s long but worth it. I walked in at 8:45, store closes at 9. Believe me when I tell you i felt horrible even doing this but I desperately needed shoes for work and can only find them at this location. I went right back to the shoe section grabbed what i needed and asked for two pair of shoes in two different sizes for each pair (4 boxes total). The kid went to the back honestly took a good bit to come back out which didn’t bother me but was definitely weird for being so late. He brought the shoes out. Two of them were the wrong sneaker/brand. I set them to the side and tried on the two he brought out that were the right brand/sneaker. The one size wasn’t comfortable so i went to try on the other size and realized only one was in the box whatever no big deal so i called another employee over because the original employee helping me disappeared. This whole transaction was 10 minutes BTW wasn’t in there long it just sounds it. He brought me the second shoe in the correct size and i went to the front to pay. A cashier named Justin waved me over started my transaction and said “I’m giving you a discount today” i said why? Is it my lucky day? I was genuinely confused because i didn’t complain, was not grumpy or anything honestly was just happy to have work shoes I’ve been searching for For 3 days lol anyway he explained to me that they pride themselves on customer service and he wasn’t happy about the experience i had there tonight. I’m assuming things were said/done amongst themselves within that 10 minute window because again i wasn’t upset didn’t complain etc and i was just truly blown away. When i tell you i had the biggest smile on my face and was so emotional after this! His managers should be proud. I’m in the service industry (bartending) and have never had a better experience in my life not even when I was the one providing the service! He truly made my week. Thank you for not being frustrated that I was there 15 minutes before close (i have been there and it is the worst) AND for going literally above and beyond to correct a situation that you deemed inappropriate!

Waste of your time , this location is the worse. Regarding customer service, knowledge of their store inventory and refunds or store credits after returning something. Their business is struggling, did actually look that up and know managers from other locations. Yes, they say the same thing THE WORSE.

Very poorly customer service,I’m try to gets 3 pairs sneakers in one time,but I have asked for a small discount the manager said NOT definitely I never purchases nothing here again,plus after 3 months the sneakers get damaged.
