Wow this was the easiest way to rent a storage unit I need it last min booked the night before online on a Sunday got a response and the contract unit info and never had to have an person interaction paid online and moved in on Monday , early Monday I received a text from Kathy with some great information and was able to meet her after I unloaded my items into the unit , Kathy is a great asset to your organization she has exceptional customer service skills and really appreciated the interaction having with her even though is was not a requirement it was a pleasureThank You

Alex was EXCELLENT in every way. She was very personable and accommodating. She kept the entirety of the front office absolutely spotless. The facility was also remarkably clean and easily accessible. Everything about the set-up went very smoothly. Alex is an excellent employee and a credit to her training. This is the worst storage unit or facility I've ever used. Every time I go in. They blast the heat knowing that people are in there moving boxes n such. It's been a hassle ever since I've been here and this is a publicly traded company so they care more about their shareholders than their customers within. The next couple of months since I'm recovering from surgery I will be moving out of this storage facility. They do not have 24 hour access and the staff are rude and snotty. I told the staff that it was really warm in here and she made one excuse after another claiming oh it's because you're moving around OK well it's. Still needs to be cool enough that it's not blazing hot and I'm only 90 pounds. It's not me sweetheart. Take your money elsewhere where they actually care about their customers because my rent has gone up even though I haven't even been here for a year... And it's just not convenience also I had to come back here twice after they charge me a late fee even though I was enrolled in auto pay somehow. It didn't work so I came in twice and again was charged to late fee because somehow it. Didn't work. So I went online and did it myself because apparently the? Front. Desk either doesn't know what they're doing or they have. Some kind of computer glitch in any case this place is not customer friendly. Just do not come here Do not waste your money it is not customer friendly nor convenient do not waste your money here!!!!

The manager Kathy of this location is very rude and is not willing to listen or to help youYesterday we have tried to help my brother in law to get a unit to cube smart, and because we have already one unit in this place , we have recommended to him Cube smart, the worst decision we madeWe called and did the reservations on his name with a lady on the phone, everything good, after she send us a link on my brother in law emailWe open it on my husband phone and we start to complete, with the lady being on the phone with usWe have complete all the information, even my brother in law driver license numberThis morning, start the big problem, this lady, which not really can call her lady start to call non stop, on all the phones screaming we got another unit and we didn’t paid enoughWe were very confused, because the nice lady on the phone told us we need to pay $68 , which we paid yesterdayWe answered the call, was KATHY and we just heard the person screaming and getting very hyper saying we need to go now thereNo problem, we called my brother in law, he showed up and we drove to CUBE SMARTWhere this lady KATHY was waiting for us , and welcome us very rudeWe show her my brother in law driver license, for her to see they have same last name but different first name, brothersYou cannot believe, she said , that is not REAL, what how a person in a storage can certify a driver license with PICTURE?!?!She start to be ruder and ruder, accusing them of multiple thingsAnd she said because they have same name he is not allowed to have a unit in CUBE SMART!?!Really?!? What if me his wife I want to get a unit, I NEED TO GET A DIVORCE BEFORE?!?!We have recommended this place to multiple persons, one of our close friends, and right now all of us we will move from this facility, because this lady KATHY, doesn’t like to have customers or to just calm down to communicateWe have paid for my brother in law storage unit, more than he can afford, and now we need to support the differenceTotal she charged $180PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION OR AT LEAST WHEN YOU SEE THE LADY KATHY DO NOT TRY TO DO BUSINESS BECAUSE SHE IS IS A VERY BAD PERSON AND CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH HER

The only drawback is that the units aren't accessible 24 hours. The building locks at 10pm (sharp).Otherwise I am quite satisfied. The units are very clean, secure and Reasonably priced.If you are not a night owl and the hours don't bother you I'd highly recommend you give them a good look

When I originally went in to select size of storage unit and set up payment(s) everything was great; Alex helped me to pick out a unit and we set up payments. I signed the automatic payment waiver and gave my card info, Alex wrote my card info in a notebook ("In case it doesn't capture") which I thought was odd but did not want to argue as I had someone with me and was trying to be understanding. Next month I get late fees for not paying...I thought I had set up automatic payments? I go in again and do the process all over...pay the months' rent, sign the automatic payments waiver (again) and give my card info (Alex did not write it down this time). Next month (today) I get a text stating my balance is due so I text back; this is supposed to be automatic payments, Kathy is oblivious that I had been there twice to do this...I have never met her or dealt with her ever but she seemed to think that this was my fault and seemed annoyed that I was upset that this keeps happening. I didn't get an apology. If I was going to contact the customer I would apologize that their software system isn't working and sorry for the inconvenience. I fixed it myself. Not everyone has access to a computer or nice phones. I have a POS Obama phone but it works and I am grateful. I hope these ladies figure out the software issue so this does not happen to anyone else.

Horrible staff Alex and Kathy were very rude. They closed my account and charged my card WITHOUT my authorization. I highly recommend avoiding the cube smart in Willow grove Pa.
