Had a fantastic experience. The sales person Amani, was fantastic. My wife and I were shopping for a mattress and he took us through all the different mattresses, making sure that we tried each one out asking us several questions for each one so that we saw the value in each mattress to make sure we make the educated decision. highly recommend if you go into the store store you askfor him. He will take you very thorough Presentation of whatever you’re looking for

Bobs will always be my first choice when furniture shopping. They have excellent customer service. I purchased a couch that was too large for my space (my fault for not measuring!!) I called Bobs with full expectations of them telling me I was SOL. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the way it was handled. I was told to pick out a new couch and they would deliver it and perform the swap in one day. It even resulted in a credit being applied to my account because the second couch was cheaper. I was able to visit the store on three other occasions to purchase items with my credit. On all occasions, the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s so rare to receive good customer service these days. Bobs does it right.

Shu and Amari were professional and let us look at the inventory without any pressure, making themselves available to answer questions. Matt the manager also very professional. Store very clean and well appointed.
