Most items are too perfumey. Waaaay overpriced! B&BW is clearly living on their hype from the early 2ks. There are many stores which offer better product lines for less money. Their products contain too many perfumes and not enough essential oils and moisturizers.

I visited this store during a huge sale on the weekend. The place was packed and there were plenty of employees scattered throughout the store ready to help. The line was so long but moved so quickly. All the staff was very friendly.
