Nice mall. Kind of big. Has three floors.Has macys and Bloomingdale which is nice. With they had a jc penny cause macys and Bloomingdale are almost like one and the same. Not a lot of eating options. The kids have a merry go round in the entrance that I actually missed. We got on the smaller dollar rides which is usually my go to with 4 kids. Also I didn't see the chocolate store. Soo we didn't get our usual Gerald's chocolate but I probably missed that too. I'm 4 days away from delivering baby number 5 so I definitely was slow and didn't get around to walking the entire three floors. Mainly just the first and half of three and half of two

My mall is Montgomery Mall but it is dead or dying! Willow Grove is the option. They are doing a nice job keeping the stores open and spaces filled. We go there 2-3 times a month It’s still a nice place to shop

Witnessed an innocent girl getting harassed by a homeless person speaking in Nigerian, fights are breaking out constantly, and there’s no security. This is not a safe place to be anymore, what a shame.

The VIP Holiday Photos with the Easter bunny was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the service was subpar. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, leaving us waiting in long lines with no clear direction. We had an 11:18am appointment and the Easter bunny did not show up until 11:35am.Once we finally got our turn for the photos, the quality was atrocious. The lighting was off, the backgrounds were uninspired, and the Easter bunny looked like it was ready to hop out of there as soon as possible. It was evident that no effort was put into making the experience enjoyable or memorable.What's even worse is that the mall should take responsibility for this dismal experience. By allowing VIP Holiday Photos to operate within their premises, they are essentially endorsing this level of service. It's unacceptable that they would subject their customers to such a terrible experience.Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by seeking alternative options for Easter photos. Willow Grove Mall's VIP Holiday Photos is a complete letdown, and they should be held accountable for providing such a lackluster experience.
