I have had nothing but great experiences at the the AFC Urgent Care. I have been fortunate to see Dr. Nicole Lundy most of the times I have gone. The care, time, and attention she gives to really understand her patients needs is unmatched by any practitioner I have seen in many many years. I'm really grateful.

Dr. Degirolamo who saw me was awesome . He listened to my concerns and symptoms that I’ve been dealing with for about 3 1/2 weeks now.Took a chest x-ray and swabbed my nasal cavity. Prescribed an inhaler and plan of care for the next three days. thank you for your time.

Great experience going to AFC Willow Grove. I was experiencing ear pain and was seen quickly and thoroughly.I was well received from the time I entered and my insurance was processed with no issues.I feel my visit was handled professionally.This is an immaculate facility, friendly, proficient staff and I will encourage many to visit with urgent healthcare emergencies.

I walked in at the woman on the front desk took me right away and was very courteous. It was in and out for me like within 30-40 minutes. I got my results fast and was taken care of. Thank you so much, Urgent Care Willow Grove is very reliable.

I had a great experience. Wait time wasn't long, the staff were very nice. The doctor was amazing. He was so friendly and talked to me like I was a person and not just a random patient, amazing bedside manners. He made me feel so comfortable. So non judgemental, and was so nice to me. I didn't get his name because my memory is terrible (I told him), but it was around 6:30/7 tonight 11/2. Thank you doc. He was so great and personable. I have had bad experiences with urgent care, but he definitely made me feel comfortable. If I could do more than 5 stars I would!Gina Albrecht

If I could give this place a zero. I would. The doctor was very rude and short with me when I was trying to explain what was happening to me medically and physically. His bed side manner was absolutely horrible!!! I've never ever dealt with a doctor like this ever in my entire life!!! He didn't even touch or really look at my problem which made me think he was racist. I had a really bad infection on my arm.The doctor also called my prescription into the wrong pharmacy when I specifically wrote my pharmacy and the number on my paperwork. When I went to pick up the medication, my pharmacy said there was nothing for me so I called them.The nurse I talked to was nasty when I asked about it. I had to figure out where the script was and get it to my pharmacy to get filled with no help from this place which cost me a lot of time and extra gas because I had to go to my pharmacy twice which was very irresponsible on their part for something so simple! I had to wait another full day to get the antibiotics I needed which left me in so much more pain because the infection grew a lot bigger because I couldn't get my medication. Nothing but a headache and extra pain for me. Why should I have to chase down a script when it blatantly was their screw up?!?! Also, there was a long wait when there was only 2 of us in the waiting room. I saw the nurse walk outside and sit in her car to have a cigarette while the other two girls behind the counter looked at pictures on their phones and gossip.Trust me, this place isn't it! Urgent care? No, felt more like a hospital because there was zero urgency on anyone's part. They were basically sitting back relaxing and acting like they were at home! I've been a nurse for 24yrs and I've never seen such disrespect, disregard, and laziness! How despicable!!!

Clean facility, as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and registered. I will come here for physicals etc etc. The staff is very friendly. The Physician Dr DeGirolamo is very professional and personable. I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care Willow Grove.

The staff was very pleasant, the doctor was pleasant and informative. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and prescribed medication to be picked up at my local pharmacy. In and out in less than an hour.

The staff was very professional. We loved the doctor. He spoke to my 17 year old daughter (the patient) directly explaining what was causing her illness. He was professional but also down to earth and joking which made me and my daughter feel comfortable

The care from the doctors has always been great. Their billing situation, however, is horrendous and no action from management is ever taken. I received a text on 6/7/23 saying I had a balance of $28 for my copay. I called the same day, paid, and a receipt was emailed to me. Since this payment almost two months ago, I have received statements in the mail and text messages saying I owe a balance of $28. I have called and called and called. They just say "it's our system, it won't go to collections." Yet, I am received notices with FINAL NOTICE BEFORE ACTION IS TAKEN over a bill that I paid almost 60 days ago. The manager refuses to do anything, the receptionist is tired of hearing from me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted Senator Collette's office over this since no one from AFC will apparently fix their billing system.

I have been very impressed with Urgent Care in Willow Grove. I have visited on two separate occasions with two different problems. First time was a severe allergic reaction to hundreds of green head fly bites (my take away from an afternoon shooting photos at a wildlife preserve at the Jersey shore). Ultimately needed steroids to calm the itching and inflammation. That was last summer. More recently, I was experiencing low back, pelvic, and abdominal pain and was diagnosed with a UTI. A sample was sent to the lab for a culture and upon receipt of the report, the doctor promptly called me to explain and to see how I was doing. The doctors at Urgent Care Willow Grove are caring and competent. It is comforting to know there is a walk-in clinic so close to my home….because it is usually not possible to get a same day appointment with my primary.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this location. Myself, my husband and my 3 year old have all needed different services and each doctor and nurse we've seen were all very knowledgeable, respectful, didn't rush to get you out, explained everything to understanding and answered all questions. I'm glad it's right down the street! I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for services.

Nicole L. the Nurse Practioner there is nothing short of AMAZING!!! Her bedside manner is superb and she genuinely cares about her patients. She discusses treatment options thoroughly and makes sure you understand what she's going to do and walks you through what she's doing step by step. What I was in for was in for she actually needed to do a short procedure on me. This amazing woman was patient with me and made sure I had no pain before she did anything. I can't rave enough about the care I received here today. Everything from start to finish was great, the staff are friendly and they all are efficient. I highly recommend this Urgent Care and this team. They are the best!!!!

It wasn't crowded and I was seen pretty quickly. The staff was professional and polite. The Dr. was also pleasant and assess the health issue I was having pretty quickly . Called in my medication to my pharmacy and it was done. Great positive experience.
