⛔️ UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and RUDE!!!This Was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Experience!Shompers doesn't even deserve the star I had to place here to share this!A few years back, my daughter got her vehicles inspected here when other garages wouldn't pass them without the needed repairs.I just moved to this town and was looking for a local garage. I stopped in for an estimate and should have honestly ran the other way the moment I was offered a beer at 10:30 in the morning as they popped open theirs!I made an appt for a water pump to be done on Thurs morning. This would take approx 2 1/2 - 3ish hoursI dropped my vehicle off at 1 pm the day before and told Todd Shomper to call me the next day when it was done.I started calling the garage before 3 on Thursday, the day it was supposed to be done, only to get a continuous busy signal, I got a ride in before 5 to pick it up and no one was there. My vehicle was in a different spot in the lot and I assumed it was done like I was told it would be.First thing Friday morning I start calling again... busy signal for hours.... I found another ride in... no one was there and my vehicle was gone! I made more calls and made 3 more stops throughout the day and still nothing.Longer story short, I had NO IDEA WHERE MY VEHICLE WAS, I couldn't reach the owner, no employees, there was no call, no note, no nothing!The only people there were roofers that didnt speak english.By now my anxiety was through the roof!!!I called PSP at 4:45 friday to find out if it was stolen and if not, where it was.Around 6:30 pm I was informed by the PSP that the owner was away hunting and my vehicle was at his friend's house, that it will be done on Sunday.I waited for a call Monday morning that never came... I called in and was told it was not done!I was told they did not fix it because "I sent the police to his house at 9pm" and to come get it and he hung up The Trooper CALLED him around 6 - 6:30pm concerning my missing vehicle, soooo if they were at his door at 9pm it would have been for a different reason!I had called the police Friday to find out where my missing vehicle was that was supposed to be done and returned the day before!I was not asked if it was ok or told he was giving it to someone else to do, and that it was being taken somewhere else!A couple hour job turned into 6 days... and they never even did it! What A Joke!Needless to say it was sitting at the end of the lot, the key sitting out in the open on the seat. I picked it up, with less fuel in it and took it elsewhere! They had it completed in 1 1/2 hours and for $60+ less!I don't know about you but to me this is all beyond shady!!I definitely see it as a blessing that they didn't tear apart my vehicle and screw it up!I found a reputable local garage whom I know are trained mechanics with no beer drinking during hours to maintain and repair my vehicle!!!HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ✌️

Nice guy bad thing when I took my truck for inspection it didn't pass the first time and the second time when job was done ready to go he lost his inspection license so I lost that money
