Rich is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond customer service. He makes sure the stuff I’m buying works and fits my needs. I’m a little lady and he made sure to carry my haul to my car big or small.This guy is a gem all those knowledge on collectibles, American pickers need to stop by his place.
