Jared and his staff educated me on why that happened - and the box store should have told me the ring I had wasn’t good for resizing and the prongs weakened during that process. Not only did they help me pick out a new set, make sure resizing it wouldn’t compromise the quality, but they also volunteered to stay open a little later to accommodate my working hours. I ended up walking out with a beautiful teardrop necklace too! Plus, they have a crazy amount of inventory from new to vintage. Neat and unique pieces.
