Terrible service. Employee had bad additude, was accusatory and totally blew me off and lied to my face about resolving my issue to get me out of the store. Didnt help at all.

Not a single person in the store knows what they’re doing, tried to double charge me and deny it, went to turn in my previous phone once I upgraded and they wouldn’t accept the phone even with authorization to do so, so they charged me yet again for an entirely different phone and when confronted about the back door dealing they did to get more money out of the account they kicked me out of the store and charge the account AGAIN even after the phone was turn in. This store will scam the hell out of you

Morally Bankrupt Company. Yet again we visit a Verizon store and get ripped off. This time we discovered that the sales rep added $17 a month device protection to my account without telling me or even asking if I wanted it. I realized it after I left the store and removed it from my account. Worst company ever. How many folks out there have they done this to that did not even realize it?

We there on Monday 8/1/22 an we’re very disappointed in the service no one even acknowledged that we were there we wait 15 minutes and no even said a word to us In the past we had pretty good service an someone always greeted u an took you ur name an number but most all this is a Corporate store an Regard Customer Service is the most important thing right up there with selling a phone Don’t know what happened but I hope you fix it soon

Very courteous and professional, especially since I purchased my cell phone online. Several employees involved as old phone was outdated and hard to transfer saved information to new phone.

Staff was friendly but I did not get my veizon phone app issues resolved. As far as Verizon stores go, they don't seem to know how to fix issues that come up on your account or phone apps. Not sure if improper training is the reason. Best to call in issues and hopefully you will find a helpful customer service rep.

LOJO D. We have been a customer of Verizon for 16 years! We received a text 2-10-2022 saying our bill was overdue. I did not understand why because I went into the store 1-31-2022 to pay the bill! I called Verizon, after 40 minutes of trying to speak to someone I finally talk to a human. I told the lady that I had my check, receipt and bill showing my payment. I was told my bank reverse the payment. I gave my phone to my husband while I called my bank, they told me all Verizon had to do was to finish processing the payment. Our local bank said there was no reverse payment on our check. The Verizon supervisor told my husband she did not care how many years we were with verizon and did not care if we went somewhere else, the bill needed to paid! So that's what were doing! We went back to the Verizon store to pay off our phones so we could switch carriers. They would not even take our payment. They gave us what we needed to switch carriers and said they would bill us for the remainder owed on the phones! Being a customer of 16 years and paying your bill on time does not matter to Verizon! They are so big now they can afford to lose customers! I hope this starts a trend!

Got a new phone and was experiencing trouble with people having trouble hearing me. Went to the store and was helped first by a new agent, Ryan, who was very nice and then had the pleasure of being helped by a customer service representative named Keema. She worked on my phone and since the problem was calls I made from my home, she gave me her personal number to call her from my house to see if she fixed the problem. Which, she had fixed. Thank you again.
