Snake oil salesman, I always wondered how people can just use customers just to make a dollar. How can people lie and manipulate to no end. I tried just getting what my child asked for, and now all I ask for is to receive their promotions, and I get every reason they can think of not to receive it. Even when I agree to waste more money and fall deeper into their pit, they tell me in its not good enough. So if you read this before you look into going to their store to sell your soul to these snake oil salesmen, RUN!!!!!

LOJO D. We have been a customer of Verizon for 16 years! We received a text 2-10-2022 saying our bill was overdue. I did not understand why because I went into the store 1-31-2022 to pay the bill! I called Verizon, after 40 minutes of trying to speak to someone I finally talk to a human. I told the lady that I had my check, receipt and bill showing my payment. I was told my bank reverse the payment. I gave my phone to my husband while I called my bank, they told me all Verizon had to do was to finish processing the payment. Our local bank said there was no reverse payment on our check. The Verizon supervisor told my husband she did not care how many years we were with verizon and did not care if we went somewhere else, the bill needed to paid! So that's what were doing! We went back to the Verizon store to pay off our phones so we could switch carriers. They would not even take our payment. They gave us what we needed to switch carriers and said they would bill us for the remainder owed on the phones! Being a customer of 16 years and paying your bill on time does not matter to Verizon! They are so big now they can afford to lose customers! I hope this starts a trend!

They are by far the worst with customer service! We walked in and were put into the queue then they blatantly ignored us! We stood there for 45 minutes and other people that came in after us were served first! We walked out. All we wanted to do was buy an extender and be done. I'm ready to cancel my service, they suck!

Worst service ever. Forget getting a home phone through Verizon !!! We moved and had our phone hooked up at our new address. We didn't put our phones out for about 3 months and when we did we found out our phone service didn't even work !! So called Verizon back out to fix the problem and I used my phone one time. The next month I went to use my phone NO SERVICE. I told Verizon I no longer wanted their service which I had a bundle pack with directv. When I got rid Verizon I ended up behind thanks to Verizon on my directv bill. In January they changed my bill from the beginning of the month to the end. So when I canceled with Verizon I ended up owing directv for 3 months at the same time. IF YOU WANT NO MONEY. GO WITH VERIZON !!!

Love the coverage I get with Verizon service...and when you need anything? Go to this store and get hooked up with Nick...He will definitely hook you up with you need and get you set up as quick as possible.

Awesome service, awesome employees. It's really that simple. Best coverage and service, forget the rest. Oh and by the way, Verizon just re-acquired Alltel. Bet phones, best service, best everything.
