Great staff great service and great location very clean and very well kept.Only question I have is why is the mail so backed up?

My son has lived in his apartment only since Aug 18th. 4 pieces of mail sent and only 2 have arrived. I have filed claims. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional, even got a call back to follow up on a Saturday afternoon.
